You cannot get much closer to the beach than this.
Located so that you do not necessarily need a car. Supermarkets, local produce markets and many cafes and restaurants on your door step!!
A great place to simply chill out watch the world go by, sunbathe on the beach or balcony, swim in the sea or partake in some of the many activities available in the Algarve,
This newly renovated, bright, light and airy fifth floor apartment with fantastic coastal views has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open plan kitchen /living area. It is equipped with all new modern appliances. There are Air Conditioning units in the living area and both bedrooms for cooling and heating. FREE WiFi and TV with radio and music channels received via the internet. Doors lead off from both the kitchen and lounge on to the south facing balcony, from where you have stunning views along the coastline. There is a table and relaxing seating for 4.
The living area is simply furnished with a large comfortable sofa and armchair, the dining area with a table & chairs.
The bedrooms. In one you will find a King size bed and in the other two generous single beds, both rooms have AIR CONDITIONING, fitted wardrobes and drawers, bedside tables and lamps and of course sea views.
The bathroom has a sink with storage underneath, toilet and shower and under floor heating and heated towel rail for cooler months. Extractor fan and an opening window for ventilation
All windows throughout the apartment have electric shutters. The balcony has modern glass panels inside the original balcony rails which were installed for the extra safety .
We leave you a complimentary “Welcome Pack” “for your arrival with a few essentials so that you can have a drink and a bite to eat while you sit on the balcony, recover from your journey and enjoy the start of your holiday. We also provide a selection of cleaning items and toilet rolls. Bed linen and towels are supplied, and changed weekly. The apartment will be cleaned and ready for you. There is a folder with all the information you need to know about the apartment and about the local area, where to go food shopping, sightseeing ect
From the main street entrance there are two lifts to the apartment or alternatively stairs. Unfortunately, not wheel chair friendly as there are a few steps in the foyer area to access the lifts.
Armacao de Pera has a fantastic stretch of soft sandy beach which you can stroll along for approximately five kilometers or find a spot and rent a sun bed and shade.
There is a daily fish and vegetable market, supermarkets, bakeries and also banks, ATMs and a Post Office. For transport there are Taxis and local buses.
Water sports, pedalos and boat trips to spot Dolphins and visit the caves can be booked. There are plenty of other places to visit with children
Take a trip to the Tourist Information office (located along the pedestrian promenade) where they can advise you of other activities going on in the town and local area, to be honest there is quite a programme of events during the high season, and even out of season there will be something.

Golfers have a plenty of choice in the area and we particularly recommend the O’Connor & Faldo course at Amendoiera which is only 10 mins away. Salagados, Silves, Pinta and Gramacho are also nearby and Penina is 20 mins further west.
