Terms

The Property Manager (hereafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") provides rental management services on behalf of homeowners ("Owners") who rent their properties (including the associated fixtures and furnishings)(the “Home”) to guests (the "Guest" or "you") seeking accommodations on a short term or long term basis (collectively, the “Services”). We are the Owner's property manager and authorized agent, who will perform the Services related to your reservation. By using the Home and Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this guest agreement (the "Agreement"). This Agreement only applies to short term rentals and not long term rentals, which will be governed by the specific terms of your lease agreement with us.

1. Policies: Please treat our Owner's Home with the care you would at your own home and abide by following policies:

*Behave as you would in any home in which you live, with respect for property and neighbors.
*Unless otherwise stated in the Home listing, you must be over the age of 25.
*You will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period and other occupants of the Home during your stay will be family members, friends, responsible adults or children under direct adult supervision.
*Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the Home.
*No parties, noise that can be heard beyond the home lot line or in adjacent units, or any illegal activity may occur at the Home.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties and where you have paid a pet fee in connection with your booking in advance of your reservation.
*No smoking is allowed in or around any Home.
*Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am - we will notify you via email in advance if early check-in or late check-out will be available.
*Please use common courtesy at the home by keeping it clean, reporting any problems or damages, washing dishes as used, taking garbage to the outside bins, leaving towels in the bathrooms and sheets in the bedrooms, and not re-arranging furniture.

2. Cleaning: Each home will be cleaned and inspected by third-party cleaning contractors after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. They will appreciate simple things like leaving the home tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash.

3. Swimming Pools, Hot Tubs, or Beach: If the home that you have reserved includes a pool or hot tub, or is on a beach, these can all be obviously dangerous. Guests should observe and adhere to all rules and policies as posted at the home and supervise all children at all times. Lifeguards are not provided. Decks and patios can be slippery when wet and can result in injury to anyone who is not careful. Guest accept and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of a pool, hot tub, beach and deck/patio areas.

4. Home Damage Waiver: Each guest will be offered an optional Damage Waiver that protects you against unintended damage done to the Property. This is not insurance, and the Damage Waiver does not apply to intentional damage done by the Guest or your guests, or excessive wear and tear due to parties, smoking, pets or otherwise, or additional cleaning charges due to stains or spills, or fines incurred by the police or HOA due to noise, excessive trash or parking, or damage over the purchased amounts of either $3,000 or $5,000. If Tenant does not wish to purchase this Damage Waiver, a security deposit of $3,000, $5,000, or greater depending on Property will be required at the time of booking. If a Home requires an additional security deposit, we will explain this to you before confirming a reservation. Guest acknowledges that any damage or fines not covered by the Damage Waiver or above the amount of any security deposit can be charged to Guest (and Guest’s card on file). The Damage Waiver can be purchased up to the day prior to your reservation but not after it has started. You do not have to purchase this Damage Waiver. Please contact the Property Manager directly at if you do not wish to purchase the Damage Waiver.

5. Excessive Wear and Tear, Noise and Occupancy: If excessive wear and tear is found for the Home, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Property Manager to charge Guest for additional fees. Tenant will be provided with a receipt for any additional fees incurred upon request or as required by local laws or regulations. If at any time the maximum number of the Home’s occupants is exceeded or if we receive information about excessive noise, the Property Manager has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to charge Guest a minimum service fee of $250 with no refund for the balance of the remaining reservation. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Property Manager to charge Guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the reservation for the Home specifically allows a pet, if any sign of a pet is discovered, then Guest authorizes the Property Manager to charge Guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee. The Property Manager will return any balance of a security deposit to Guest, less any charges or amounts owed by Guest, within fourteen (14) days after the end of the reservation or as otherwise required by local laws or regulations. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by the Property Manager to Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.

6. Maintenance and Access: We have the right to enter the home at any time during guest stay and we will diligently attempt to address maintenance issues as they occur. This is an associated risk of renting a single family residence or condo. If a maintenance issue occurs that cannot be fixed in a reasonable amount of time, and significantly affects your stay; we reserve the right to refund at our discretion or offer to relocate you to another home.

7. Phone and Internet: Unless otherwise specified, all homes are equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection where service is available and we will provide you with any required Wi-Fi passwords. We do not provide a land line phones for all homes and suggest that you please use your mobile phone or Wi-Fi enabled phone for calls.

8. Furnished Rental and Supplies: The Property Manager's properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified. A limited starter supply of paper products, bath and dish soap are provided, but will not be replaced if consumed during your stay so we recommend bringing additional personal items with you. Staples (salt, pepper, foils, wraps, etc) are generally stocked by the owner of the home, however the Property Manager cannot commit these supplies being present. Guest is responsible for replacing stocked items as they are consumed. If there is a special type of item you are accustomed to using please provide for those items by bringing them with you. Extra towels are always recommended for homes on the beach, or with a pool or hot tub.

9. Weather and Other Unforeseen Events: The Property Manager does not accept liability for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity or plumbing, damage caused by weather/road conditions, natural disasters, acts of God or other reasons beyond its control. No refunds will be given for any delays or cancellations due to such conditions. Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.

10. Homeowners Association: The Property Manager cannot warrant the usability or condition of amenities provided through homeowner associations, including, but not limited to pools, hot tubs, club houses, tennis courts, golf facilities, and picnic & beach facilities.

11. Indemnity: Neither Owner nor the Property Manager assumes any liability for loss, theft, damage or injury to Guest, his/her guests or other occupants in the Home. The Guest, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner and the Property Manager from any and all claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury or whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the Guest, his/her guests or other occupants of the Home as a result of, or in connection with the occupancy of the Home and agrees to hold Owner and the Property Manager free and harmless of any claim or suit arising therefrom. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this Agreement, or their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

12. Sale Contingency: In the rare event the Home that that you have reserved is for sale, and/or is under a contract to sell, the Property Manager reserves the right to provide Guest with a comparable home at no additional cost to the Guest. Showings during occupancy are by appointment only at your prior approval.

13. Payment and Cancellations: We accept all major credit cards. For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, we only charge a deposit of 10% of the total reservation upon booking, with full payment due 30 days prior to check-in. For all reservations made within 30 days of check-in, we collect payment in full at the time of booking. All reservations which are made more than 10 days in advance are fully refundable if the guest cancels the reservation within 72 hours after the time of booking. After this cancellation period expires, all guest payments are non-refundable.

14. Other Terms and Conditions: Your booking is subject to the the Property Manager 's Terms, Privacy Policy and this Guest Agreement which can be found at /terms. Additionally, where specifically required by the terms of any applicable laws, regulations or Homeowner's Association rules (as determined by the Property Manager), then this Rental Agreement shall constitute a lease of the premises. If you would like to extend your reservation for additional dates, please call us for availability and pricing.

Best Ever I thoroughly enjoyed this unit. It was upscale, clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything I needed. It was also within walking distance of many restaurants. I felt extremely safe (coming from Chicago) walking at night to the varioous venues.

Two months in downtown Austin The location couldn't be better. An easy walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Public Library, Book People, Waterloo Records, and many restaurants. The beds are comfortable as are the chairs and couch. The dryer failed at the end of our two month stay, but the landlord ordered a replacement. When light bulbs burned out the maintenance person replaced them within an hour of our call. The televisions have many stations including premium channels. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans.

Nice place, great location Very clean place, nice quiet complex and awesome location. The wifi did not work at first and I got an immediate response to my text putting me on a different network and no problems. I'd stay here again. great location! Stayed for 5 nights. Cute, cozy condo that could use some updating - for example, the kitchen cabinetry does not quite line up or close. Master bathroom has pedestal sink with minimal counter space. That said, I would stay here again. Management very quick to respond to questions (ie, internet not working). Location is EXCELLENT - easy walk to restaurants, Whole Foods flagship, yoga! Conveniently located This condo was nice for a Christmas visit to Austin. It has beautiful hand scraped hardwood floors and because of that, there is a note at the front door to please remove your shoes (slippers were provided)...that was a first for us. The kitchen was ok...had some unexpected items like a rice cooker, however had only 7 glasses and very few kitchen utensils. There is a wheel missing on the lower rack of the dishwasher (which I had seen in a prior review before we booked) and this should be fixed if for no other reason than to protect the dishes from being broken as the rack is pulled out to load or unload. The handle on the washing machine looks like it is ready to break and there is a very detailed note on how to open and close the door. There is no place in either upstairs bathroom to put toiletries, etc and I had to go searching for extra towels as there was only 1 towel and 1 washcloth in the master bathroom. I did find another towel and washcloth. The condo looks good, however, trying to "live" there for 4 days was a bit more challenging that I would have expected. The location was great for us. good location ..... Pro's: This condo is in a great location. Within walking distance of downtown. It was clean and has updated appliances.<br/>Con's: The key pad kept malfunctioning. the motion light outside the door kept going off. We lost the internet connection. There were no blankets on the beds. We found pubic hair in our towels. The condo is on a hill and you climb 2 flights of stairs to the front door. The bedrooms are on the second floor ( more stairs ). The condo next door was under construction... we woke up to hammering that didn't stop all day. The TV remote kept malfunctioning ( minor ) There were too many negatives for me to leave a positive review. Downtown Austin Apt Apartment is centrally located and walking distance to shops, restaurants and Whole Foods, which is great! The exterior of apt building itself is rather rundown looking in my opinion. The interior is adequate at best. Carpets look dirty and need to be replaced. Austin Apartment The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance as well as some nice shops. The location was great, very quiet and a $5 Lyft ride away from the convention center. The only downside was that the wifi died the last couple days we were there. We probably could have called someone to fix it, but because we were gone all day it wasn't a big deal for us. Perfect location...great visit to Austin Just as advertised. Perfect for our visit with another couple. Lots of restaurants nearby and Whole Foods was only 2 blocks away.<br/><br/>As other reviewers have mentioned..a place to put toiletries in the bathroom would be a good addition. Location can't be beat Firstly let me say that the location of this apartment cannot be beat, you are in walking distance to many eateries and bars, downtown and Zilker park. But, the word stunning should not be used to describe this apartment! All doors stick, guest bathroom door very hard to close for any privacy, stains on master bedroom ceiling. Bedroom curtains paper thin, sleeping in master is like sleeping with a lamp on all night, for international travellers there is no hairdryer in this apartment. In saying that it was roomy enough for a family of four, showers were great and beds good, the biggest plus here is the location. Austin 6th Ave This rental is advertised as a luxury/stunning condo which, in my opinion, is overstated.The words stunning and luxury establish an expectation for which I think it falls short <br/>Having said that, it is still a very nice townhouse, very clean, up to date appliances, functional furniture, in a very good neighborhood, safe and close to all amenities. Austin Good location. Had an issue with the breaker for the upstairs tripping at least 10-12 times. Staff unable to send electrician until after our stay. Good overall, a few surprises... Stayed two days - Overall a good experience and would stay here again.The condo appears "brand new" in the photos, and in reality, the place has a bit of wear and tear. It was clean. Also, I was surprised with a $160 cleaning fee during the checkout phase of the online reservation - I used "book now" since my dates were close. This fee was not listed on the main page or the rate page of the VRBO listing, so just beware. Great Stay A colleague and I stayed in this apartment when we came into town to work. It was a great size and location. Comfortable Stay Enjoyed our time at this condo. Good location - we walked almost everywhere. Very clean & comfortable, although kitchen was spare. Would have been nice to have had salt & pepper, small amount of coffee/tea. Unit is on the second floor with stairs, so would be a challenge for those with mobility issues. Property management was great - we had both early and late check-in/out offered and reminders of the door lock code, etc. Overall, a great experience. Walking thru Austin Such a great location for walking to bars/restaurants. Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights so didn't get to experience too much of Austin. Great Location We really enjoyed this place. Nicely furnished, comfortable, 3 bathrooms! It is within walking distance of 6th street which is a interesting place loaded with bars and restaurants. The other direction is close to some cute restaurants and Clarks Oyster bar that has a great HH and great seafood!

Second trip to Austin. I have stayed in Austin twice and used turnkey both times. Each visit was great, this location is close to food and about a 15-20 minute walk from W 6TH. Close to a lot restaurants and is in a beautiful area. The condo was well maintained and very silent with no interruptions. It has been a pleasure staying with turnkey on both of my trips and I would highly recommend as both experiences have been amazing.

Comfy apartment, great location! I chose this property primarily because of it's location, and it did not disappoint. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars and the downtown area. the apartment itself was in good shape and looked like it had been professionally cleaned before check-in.<br/><br/>Con - I got locked out one night as the keypad on the door stopped working. But the property management customer support was very helpful and had someone over to fix it within 30 minutes. <br/><br/>I'd also suggest fixing the wifi. It's pretty erratic and sometimes disconnects for no apparent reason. Also had some trouble with connecting from multiple devices. Austin getaway vacation We completely enjoyed our stay at this awesome apt downtown. We were walking distance to a Whole Foods and very close to Zilker park which we loved and spent a lot of time kayaking and walking the trails there. The apartment was very clean and well kept up. And like I said it was with in walking distance to a lot of things we enjoyed such as the down town, groceries, and good places to eat. The only thing I would mention is that the dishwasher didn't work other that that I would rent this apartment over and over. A great place to stay. Nice location We really loved the location! The home was nice and comfortable too. Close walking to restaurants and Whole Foods. Our stay could have been better. It took us 4 attempts on the phone with different operators to finally get the right security code. Not the best start to our stay in Austin. We only had two clean bath towels for our party of four. Usually towels are abundant in other locations we have stayed. Luckily we had a couple of travel towels with us. Felt like a rental property with just a few supplies in general. Great location and condo in Austin We rented the 2 bedroom condo in Austin for 5 days of music, food and fun. The location was great for access to everything. We enjoy walking and we’re ab to walk just about everywhere. We had a few minor issues while we were there, but Turnkey resolved them promptly.

Perfect Place!!! Our stay was exceptional!!! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything a family of four needed. It was very comfortable and felt just like home. The location was perfect for our 3 day stay in Austin. We walked to Z Tejas for dinner and afterwards walked to Waterloo Records and dessert at Amy's Ice cream. There was constant communication throughout our stay and only a phone call away when we needed help with the door code. Definitly a place to come back to.

Good location but not stunning The condo while nice looking was not as comfortable as we had hoped. We were not aware until receiving our arrival info that we would be required to remove our shoes while inside. My husband broke his foot years ago and is not able to go shoeless for long. The furniture is minimal and not really comfortable. The electrical situation with the bathroom breaker flipping should be fixed rather than requiring instructions on how to fix the problem. The condo just left us feeling like a lot was required of us - especially for the relatively high cost per night. The location is probably the best thing about this rental. Very convenient, super clean and comfortable Everything's was just perfect: very conveniently located (walking distance from downtown, wholefoods, ...), super clean, awesome care from the owner (e-mails before and upon arrival, coupon code for nearby stores, ...). "Stunning" Townhome, Pictures Don't Tell It All! We rented the unit based on the pictures and location. The unit price per day was more than double its normal given UT graduation weekend $400 vs $150). Austin experienced a severe storm which resulted in several water leaks throught the first level in the kitchen and living room. No effort was made to repair the leaks despite repeated phone conversations with the management company. As a result, our stay was inconvenienced by displaced furniture together with towels and bowls on the floor in order to catch the water and prevent further damage. Subsequent to our stay, the management company was unwilling to provide any compensation for our inconvenience and simply stated that their rental contract does not cover weather related incidents. Good for them that my $2,000 total charge will not only cover my stay but also the cost of repairs. Word to the wise, "Buyer beware when it comes to TurnKey properties". great location and lovely apartment The location was great - near Whole Foods and walkable to lots of things. The property was pristine clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative was that the wifi didn't work (and that had been one of my search criteria). The management were very helpful when we had trouble twice with the keyless entry. Perfect place, with minor flaws... This was the perfect place for our brief stay in Austin. It was bright, modern and well equipped, with all the accessories and amenities our group of four required. The location on 6th Street offered many restaurant options and the one block walk to Whole Foods filled our shopping needs. TurnKey, the management company, did a great job keeping us informed and up to date on changes to check in/out times. The beds were comfortable.<br/>That said, there were some areas that need improving.<br/>- It was very difficult getting the door combination lock to work in the dark. A neighbor later pointed out that many renters have that problem and it would be nice if the light was left on for arrival.<br/>- Oddly, the kitchen faucet wouldn't give cold water, so we had to use the bathroom to get a drink.<br/>- There is almost no counter area in the bathrooms so we needed to take our toiletries in and out with each use.<br/>- On checkout day we had to drive one person to the airport at 6:00 AM. Upon return, the electric door lock no longer worked, as if our time had expired. Guests safety should never be underestimated. The communication from TurnKey prior to the booking was good. Efficient and accurate. We were booked for 5 nights. Access on arrival was easy - the keypad and code worked. The apartment itself was very clean, well specified and thought had clearly gone into making guests feel at home. A very nice place to stay. <br/>However one serious issue arose. On arrival to the apartment we noticed the front door did not lock securely. The safe also did not work. This was highlighted to TurnKey later that evening on Monday. Assurances were given it would be addressed - particularly the front door which we tried to impress the concerns about. <br/>However what followed over the next few days was very poor. <br/>A number of unreturned phone calls, no answer at the TurnKey number, no response to emails and lack of updates. <br/>The door did not lock securely until Thursday, so 3 days and nights were spent concerned for our safety over night, and concerned for our possessions when we were out of the apartment. It resulted in us changing our plans to stay more local to the apartment, and missing a number of events further afield we had organised. <br/>It should have been very simple to organise the fixing of the door within one business day - however busy they were. it is no excuse. It was a serious safety situation and the business should have been able to deal with it.<br/>I am leaving this review, as the service from TurnKey needs to be highlighted. It was extremely poor, and a real shame for the owners of the property - who have a very nice home and clearly have put a lot of thought into the property. <br/>Finally we were locked out of our apartment on the day of our departure: our bags were inside the apartment and the key code no longer worked. <br/>It is a 5 star apartment, but as the review is for TurnKey and their service - 1 star.<br/> Response from TurnKey Vacation Rentals; Monday, April 20, 2015 Dear Rupert, thank you for your review and feedback. Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient! Overall, we enjoyed our experience in this condo. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do downtown! Bring your walking shoes. We will miss our daily walks that produced something to for us to enjoy each time we went out. Condo was great for us. Everyone embraced the slipper request and had great fun socializing in them. Minus issues were 2nd bedroom bathroom door wouldn't lock nor bathroom shower door closes properly. Master bathroom fan and light would trip breakers every so often, but it was easy to remedy! The biggest bummer were the two nice flat screen tv's in the bedrooms had no connection the cable box nor received standard channels. So unless you bring your own dvd play and cords, they might as well put pictures up in their places. It would have also been nice to have free wi-fi. Other than that, this place was Awesome! and I would return again. In saying that it was roomy enough for a family of four, showers were great and beds good, the biggest plus here is the location. I have rated it 4 stars only because I could not give it 3 and a half.

Good location. Had an issue with the breaker for the upstairs tripping at least 10-12 times. Staff unable to send electrician until after our stay. Pretty home except for water stains on master bedroom ceiling.

This rental is advertised as a luxury/stunning condo which, in my opinion, is overstated.The words stunning and luxury establish an expectation for which I think it falls short <br/>Having said that, it is still a very nice townhouse, very clean, up to date appliances, functional furniture, in a very good neighborhood, safe and close to all amenities. Would certainly recommend as a rental.

Stayed two days - Overall a good experience and would stay here again.The condo appears "brand new" in the photos, and in reality, the place has a bit of wear and tear. It was clean. Also, I was surprised with a $160 cleaning fee during the checkout phase of the online reservation - I used "book now" since my dates were close. This fee was not listed on the main page or the rate page of the VRBO listing, so just beware.

Just as advertised. Perfect for our visit with another couple. Lots of restaurants nearby and Whole Foods was only 2 blocks away.<br/><br/>As other reviewers have mentioned..a place to put toiletries in the bathroom would be a good addition. Would recommend this property to others!

We rented the unit based on the pictures and location. The unit price per day was more than double its normal given UT graduation weekend $400 vs $150). Austin experienced a severe storm which resulted in several water leaks throught the first level in the kitchen and living room. No effort was made to repair the leaks despite repeated phone conversations with the management company. As a result, our stay was inconvenienced by displaced furniture together with towels and bowls on the floor in order to catch the water and prevent further damage. Subsequent to our stay, the management company was unwilling to provide any compensation for our inconvenience and simply stated that their rental contract does not cover weather related incidents. Good for them that my $2,000 total charge will not only cover my stay but also the cost of repairs. Word to the wise, "Buyer beware when it comes to TurnKey properties".

Overall, we enjoyed our experience in this condo. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do downtown! Bring your walking shoes. We will miss our daily walks that produced something to for us to enjoy each time we went out. Condo was great for us. Everyone embraced the slipper request and had great fun socializing in them. Minus issues were 2nd bedroom bathroom door wouldn't lock nor bathroom shower door closes properly. Master bathroom fan and light would trip breakers every so often, but it was easy to remedy! The biggest bummer were the two nice flat screen tv's in the bedrooms had no connection the cable box nor received standard channels. So unless you bring your own dvd play and cords, they might as well put pictures up in their places. It would have also been nice to have free wi-fi. Other than that, this place was Awesome! and I would return again.

The communication from TurnKey prior to the booking was good. Efficient and accurate. We were booked for 5 nights. Access on arrival was easy - the keypad and code worked. The apartment itself was very clean, well specified and thought had clearly gone into making guests feel at home. A very nice place to stay. <br/>However one serious issue arose. On arrival to the apartment we noticed the front door did not lock securely. The safe also did not work. This was highlighted to TurnKey later that evening on Monday. Assurances were given it would be addressed - particularly the front door which we tried to impress the concerns about. <br/>However what followed over the next few days was very poor. <br/>A number of unreturned phone calls, no answer at the TurnKey number, no response to emails and lack of updates. <br/>The door did not lock securely until Thursday, so 3 days and nights were spent concerned for our safety over night, and concerned for our possessions when we were out of the apartment. The condo while nice looking was not as comfortable as we had hoped. We were not aware until receiving our arrival info that we would be required to remove our shoes while inside. My husband broke his foot years ago and is not able to go shoeless for long. The furniture is minimal and not really comfortable. The electrical situation with the bathroom breaker flipping should be fixed rather than requiring instructions on how to fix the problem. The condo just left us feeling like a lot was required of us - especially for the relatively high cost per night. The location is probably the best thing about this rental.

This was the perfect place for our brief stay in Austin. It was bright, modern and well equipped, with all the accessories and amenities our group of four required. The location on 6th Street offered many restaurant options and the one block walk to Whole Foods filled our shopping needs. TurnKey, the management company, did a great job keeping us informed and up to date on changes to check in/out times. The beds were comfortable.<br/>That said, there were some areas that need improving.<br/>- It was very difficult getting the door combination lock to work in the dark. A neighbor later pointed out that many renters have that problem and it would be nice if the light was left on for arrival.<br/>- Oddly, the kitchen faucet wouldn't give cold water, so we had to use the bathroom to get a drink.<br/>- There is almost no counter area in the bathrooms so we needed to take our toiletries in and out with each use.<br/>- On checkout day we had to drive one person to the airport at 6:00 AM. The location was great - near Whole Foods and walkable to lots of things. The property was pristine clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative was that the wifi didn't work (and that had been one of my search criteria). The management were very helpful when we had trouble twice with the keyless entry. I would rent it again but only if I didn't need wifi.

Everything's was just perfect: very conveniently located (walking distance from downtown, wholefoods, ...), super clean, awesome care from the owner (e-mails before and upon arrival, coupon code for nearby stores, ...). Our stay was exceptional!!! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything a family of four needed. It was very comfortable and felt just like home. The location was perfect for our 3 day stay in Austin. We walked to Z Tejas for dinner and afterwards walked to Waterloo Records and dessert at Amy's Ice cream. There was constant communication throughout our stay and only a phone call away when we needed help with the door code. Definitly a place to come back to.
