The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 10 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due on arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 8 pm. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 140.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
