Creatively decorated and light 3 bedroom home in Ednor Gardens neighborhood of Baltimore, near Johns Hopkins Homewood Campus and Charles Village. House is fully furnished and decorated with artwork and antiques. Linens, dishes and most other necessities are provided. TV, Roku, High speed DSL line and WIFI is available. This 1920s house is spacious and light, and creatively painted, with hardwood floors throughout. There is a parking space in the back and plenty of street parking in the front. Washer - Dryer and storage space in the basement. This is my home that I rent in my absence, and it is furnished to make it feel like a home, in a very personal way - with vintage furniture and artifacts, rugs and artwork I have collected traveling around the world. I hope you like this style and will enjoy its multicultural feel!

Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 60 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1500 USD is due 3 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 15 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 3000 USD, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 20 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 250.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 150.00 USD is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 4 weeks)
