Enjoy the shade huge palapa or just laying on your king-size bed watching the moving scenery and the view. There is lots to see and do but you may never want to leave your villa! This villa boasts spactacular views of the water, canal and the fabulous Grand Bay Hotel that light the sky at night.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 4:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 55 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Travelers Cheques
Air Conditioning & Fees
