Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 70.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged for any number of cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 70 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.25 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover Card, Cash, Stripe Short notice requests can only be paid by Visa or Master Card.
