Lovely, comfortable vacation house decorated in traditional Mexican style. Perfect for large families where you can make memories in this lovely home. Each room has its own bathroom. You can share drinks, margaritas at the bar in front of the swimming pool or prepare a nice barbecue. Read a book on the comfortable sofas on the second floor. Admire nature surrounding the home. It's perfect for celebrating birthdays or to make wedding arrangements with your family. Excellent location in front of the Golf Course. It will be the house where a group of players can stay in comfort. We are very close to a supermarket where you can buy supplies. If you want to go fishing to Zihuatanejo it is only 20 minutes by car. We can assist you with making a reservation. To see the fantastic sunsets in Ixtapa you may wish to go for a walk to "Playa El Palmar". or go for swimming at the beautiful beach.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 USD is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 15 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 1 days during a stay. Maid service included except Sundays.

Pets are allowed. Fee of 15.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: One Pet NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
