The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Discover Card, Email Money Transfer

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
