This 1 bedroom 1 bath Oceanfront Condo is located on the 3rd floor/northside of resort, giving you one of the best ocean views available at Bay View Grand and Marina Vallarta. The photo to the left is an actual photo taken from the condo's terrace, which has full ocean/beach views of Banderas Bay, the Sierra Madre Mountain Range, and Downtown Puerto Vallarta(see the city lights by night).

The Beach is very clean with about 1/2 mile of beach walking area. There is an 18 hole championship golf course across the street. Mexico's most sophisticated marina is a 10-minute walk away with all its restaurants, shops and over 400 yachts. There is a shopping center with a large grocery store(Comercial Mexicano) about a 15-minute walk away. Taxi cabs and city buses are available just outside the resort.

Bay View Grand is a private 24-hour guard-gated beach community, where every unit is individually owned and operated. BVG is a very safe, quiet and well-maintained complex. BVG is not an all-inclusive resort or hotel. BVG is not a party resort.
