Description
Beachfront Phuket is a 2 bedroom top floor penthouse within a high end boutique resort on Bang Tao Beach. The privacy and intimacy of a private villa are combined with the amenities and services of a 5 star hotel. The penthouse offers amazing views of the Andaman Sea from the floor-to-ceiling windows and several private balconies. Interiors are warm, sunny and breezy. A fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area make mealtimes a pleasure. If you are not in the mood for cooking the on-site restaurant prepares a large range of international dishes and seafood specialties that can be served in the penthouse upon request. The two bedroom suites have light wood furnishings and comfortable lounge areas and each boasts a private bathroom. Guests find flat-screen TVs and DVD players in each of the two bedrooms, as well as in the living room. The outdoor living area offers an over-sized Jacuzzi (not heated) on one of the balconies. The building also offers two infinity swimming pools; one of which wraps around the building. A fitness center is available for guests to use. The resort has its own restaurant and bar. Food can be served up in the penthouse. After lounging on the beach, guests may easily arrange to participate in any number of recreational activities such as fishing, snorkeling, diving, and horseback riding. Conveniently located for business or pleasure, Penthouse Phuket is directly beachfront at beautiful Bang Tao Beach, a 5-minute drive from Surin beach and 15 minutes from Phuket International Airport.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
