Located five minute walk from the village centre. Ski out from your door and a one minute walk-in --- great value at this stunning town house in Bear's Paw, with 3 bedroom and two bathrooms. Private hot tub and all amenities. Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Fireplace in living room, Wifi connection. You can watch the Plaza chairlift from the dining room or hot tub. Well stocked kitchen - includes large selection of spices, coffee - tea - hot chocolate, sugar - flour, condiments, paper products, tin foil, etc. We provide dish soap, dishwasher soap. Living room includes 40" flatscreen HDTV with digital music channels, DVD, and fireplace. Master bedroom has a tv with dvd player but no TV or sattelite connection. 2nd bedroom has double - single bunk bed. Third bedroom is located downstairs and has an ensuite, Lots of storage room in the foyer for your ski gear.

Terms And Conditions
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 180.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 2 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival will have the booking deposit refunded. WIthin 14 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable unless the guest is able to get someone to take over their rental. If Covid-19 causes the mountain to shut down all operations for your dates, the owner will refund you money.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Fee of 20.00 CAD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Small - up to 7 kilograms (15 pounds) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A security deposit of 120.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Per pet. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets Do you have a cat allergy? Cats have stayed at the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available. Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee of 45.00 per hour.

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Maximum of 6 Adults.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
