The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 USD per week booked. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 200 USD.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 5 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Internet Service & Fee
A fee is charged for Internet Fee of 25.00 USD is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 3 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.
Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee
A fee is charged for Property Heating Fee of 30.00 USD for stays of 30 or more nights.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 20.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 USD is due immediately.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
