Completely ski-in/out, groomed green run (Woodcutter) takes you to the bottom of the Plaza, Ridge Rocket and Snow Ghost chairs.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable unless replacement booking is possible
Security or Damage Deposit
As this is a luxury property, a refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit. The security deposit is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Enquire about earlier arrival.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 07:00 AM.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed at any time inside or outside the property.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 13 must be supervised in the hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older with exception of groups of families including children/teens.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 400.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service during stay but can be quoted and arranged on request.
Telephone Fee
Local calls are free but outbound long distance calls are possible at a rate per minute.
