The Bijao is one of the best resort communities in Panama. Our two bedroom and den unit is one of the best in the resort; sunrise in all rooms, parrots outside, peaceful secure location. Comes full-equipped with all of the accessories that you'd expect from a live-in condo. Golf and beach resort best describes this wonderful experience. The golf course is stunningly beautiful and can be tough. The course winds it's way through the resort and is never far away from anywhere. This course is no doubt one of the jewels of Panama. Note, the course is a long 9 hole course and has womens, mens white - blue and black tees. The beach is idylic.Smooth white and black sand extends for miles in both directions. The Pacific here has fun waves and lovely clean water. Rarely is there garbage or weeds on the beach, rather, many shells are ripe for picking if you are early. The grounds offer every manner of diversion you'd expect from a beach resort. Cabanas large and small, 13 gorgeous pools, ample lounge chairs, beach bar and restaurants...Perfect really. For sports, there are tennis courts, pickel ball courts, volleyball, soccer, basketball, squash, gym and childrens playgrounds. This is the playground of the Panama elite with sprinklings of ex-pats (Canadian, US, Europe) here and there. These are secure grounds and one never feels threatened here (or almost anywhere in Panama). Come enjoy our paradise and hospitality.

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 1.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 300 USD per week booked. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1500 USD., Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 21 or more days prior to arrival, 90 percent of all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 50.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A security deposit of 200.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
