Policies & Guidelines

These condos are the property of our Owners. We ask that you treat them respectfully, as you would your own home.
The condos are NOT to be used for any wild parties or illegal activities. If other Owners or Tenants complain about excessive noise, you will be asked to leave. Strictly enforced!
You must be over 25 years of age to rent a condo.
You are limited to 6 people in a two bedroom condo; 8 people in a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo, and 8 people in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo.
The condo will be inspected prior to your check-in and upon check-out. Any damages incurred during your stay will be charged to you.
Absolutely NO SMOKING IN ANY CONDOS. If smoke odor is detected, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $250.00.
No pets allowed. No exceptions, except for a few condos at our Legacy Villas property. Please check with us, as you will be asked to kennel pets if they are brought in without our knowledge and approval.
Do not hang towels over patio or balcony railings.
Do not remove any property from the condo that does not belong to you.
$50.00 fee will be charged for missing TV, DVD remote controls.
$75.00 fee will be charged for missing Swipe Cards, or Garage Door remote controls.

Spring Break Every thing was great with the condo expect two things. There was no hot water in the master shower. The more important issue was the bar stools. Many screws were missing or loose. They will soon fall apart when someone sits on them and get hurt. Response from Gulf Coast Resort Rentals; Thursday, April 5, 2018 These issues are addressed. Hot but clean This was our 3rd year to stay at Beau Clair, This year the A/C was out when we got there. Called the next morning and they said they would someone out to look at it quick. The a/c was charged and cooling when we got back. The rear bedroom was 90deg, the front bedroom was 75deg and the down stairs was 68deg. There was so much heat in the rear bedroom it was like the heater was on 90. Called that evening and they text back saying someone would be out in the morning. Never saw anyone. I text and called left message but never heard back. Just dealt with it the rest of our stay. Talking with other owners, they said the a/c units have been an ongoing problem. That being said we did book again for next year because we like the location.

Enjoyable, Easy Vacationing The condo was very clean, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Beds & all furniture comfortable. Accross the street from beach and if you get sick of the sand, the pool is nice. The only negatives were that the air conditioning did not cool well in this unit. It was 78 degrees in the unit the day we arrived and never got lower than 72 no matter what you set it on. Thankfully there are multiple ceiling fans or it would have been intolerable. I would not have been able to sleep without that fan. Other improvement suggestions would be hooks on bathroom doors to hang robes, garbage cans in bedrooms and some kind of chairs in the bedrooms. Additionally the bathtubs are slick. We went to Walmart and bought a rubber mat as we did not to be hurt on vacation. Stairs a challenge for elderly. Rug at bottom of stairs hazard. My 69 yr old mother fell but was ok. We just moved the rug. Honestly though the air, garbages, chairs, hooks, stairs, rug that slipped, & tub were not deal breakers. The condo is quiet, & enjoyable for vacationing. Can't beat location for price! We would stay there again just maybe in a different unit.

Our kids first trip to the beach The location was great in terms of the nearby places. The water was low and not the best place for water fun. The beach was free of debris and not full of people.

Cruisin' the Coast 2014 My husband and I have stayed in these condos for 5 yrs, we were VERY disappointed in #107 this year. Upon entering we noticed the floors were not appropriately vacuumed. There were bugs on the floor downstairs with a huge dead roach under the bar, he was crispy dead so he had not recently died. The kitchen cabinets & drawers are in complete disarray. Bathrooms were semi clean and one bedroom had toe nail clippings on the carpet. The bedspreads needed to to washed, all baseboards needed vacuuming. The front porch needed to be swept in order to present a more welcoming presence. Please don't allow these beautiful properties fall into such a sad state. We love staying here and using your rental service. 2 others couples we visit with during this event were in the same complex renting from individuals. Their places were MUCH cleaner.

Unexpected comfort issue...made the best of it. Was happy with property at arrival in late afternoon..then discovered AC not cooling unit as it should. Very uncomfortable for sleeping first night. Tried to work with the thermostat and it would not cooperate so we didn't sleep much. We sweat all night in upstairs bedrooms. Reported to management first thing in AM...took 2 days to get repairman to finally fix the problem..(very low on coolant)..but also had govern on the thermostat still making an uncomfortable experience. And, also reported that 2nd bedroom had a gaping crack where the AC unit was located on the wall and "hot air" was backing up into the bedroom rendering it useless. Needless to say that room could not be slept in...they had to sleep downstairs where it was cooler. It is most inappropriate for managers or owners to govern the thermostat for guests. Apparently not much attention was paid to this issue. Renters should have total control of thermostat comfort during occupancy. That is a personal decision just as how much water is being used. Not a very hospitable thing to do for renters in the hot humid south. Anyway, all else was nice and pleasant. Great neighbors to chat with and would rent again but not in the humid southern Mississippi summer heat. Will book a hotel to allow full control of thermostats!! Too much money spent for that unexpected experience. Thanks to Dianne for offering a one day comp as a good faith gesture for the AC mishaps.

Visit with kids Nice place overall- could have used a space heater lower level very cold- also carpets had lots of marks/ stains. Cleaning staff did good job of cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, etc.Carpets needed professional cleaning.The management staff was very nice and helpful. Beach area was nice but roads between condo and beach not ideal.<br/>Booking staff was very nice to work with.<br/>

Summer Vacation from Tennessee First off let me start off by saying it was a nice unit, clean and well maintained. But there are several areas that needs work. The A/C unit never really cooled off the temperature on the thermostat always showed between 78 and 80 for the inside I had to go and purchase a fan to get a little relief there was also a loud roaring noise coming from the box in the second bedroom . It would be helpful in the summer time with the temperature in the low 90's to put up darker curtains or blinds to keep the unit cooler for the guest to be more comfortable with the sun shinning directly into the sleeping and living area for the price you have to pay I think you should be comfortable. Would probably be better unit to stay in fall or spring when it's not so hot.

Outstanding stay We found the original property to be precisely as advertised, except for the DVD player. There was no DVD player in the condo. <br/><br/>We called the management company, and they were right on top of the problem and showed up with a device. Unfortunately, the owner of the condo had recently affixed the TV to the wall in such a way that the player could not be connected.<br/><br/>The management company then offered us a basically identical condo with a player, which we accepted.<br/><br/>The unit where we stayed was also precisely as advertised, perfectly clean, and fully outfitted. Stacks of thick towels, a full array of kitchen accessories (we love to cook), and, basically, all the conveniences.<br/><br/>We also loved the location (Long Beach, MS) for its beautiful beaches, great food (try the Cuban restaurant!) and proximity to New Orleans and Mobile.

A visit with old friends. Off season, and all was still in good order. A few maintenance that need to be taken care of, but there was a lot of work going on throughout the property, to keep all in good repair. Was very impressed with all.

Great getaway Really enjoyed our stay at Beau Claire. We discovered that two of the TVs upstairs did not work. Also there must be a water leak upstairs in the bathrooms because all of the towels were damp except the top two on each stack in both bathrooms. Other than that, it was great.
