Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
The booking deposit is due immediately if paying by credit card or within 10 days of the booking date if paying by certified cheque or money order
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 35 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
A Guest has up to 48 hours after the reservation is made to cancel without penalty. After 48 hours, then the reservation deposit is non-refundable. If a Guest cancels within 35 days of arrival and after full payment is made, there is no refund on the accommodation or unused portion of the vacation that has been prepaid (this can include any lift tickets, snowmobile tours, shuttles, etc).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 CAD is due on arrival.
A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken.

A fabulous stand alone residence, greets you with a main entrance that comes off the carport into a foyer of light colored slate flooring. The ground level boasts two bedrooms, the first includes a full ensuite, with a pedestal sink, heated floors, and a 70” soaker tub. Great for relaxing the aches away. The bedroom offers a queen bed, bedside tables and lamps and a large double closet.

To the right of the entrance is another bedroom, which includes a set of wooden double bunk beds, 26” flat screen TV and Xbox 360 as well as a DVD player, and a large double closet and chest of drawers for all of your personal articles. Down the hall on this ground floor is a stacking washer and dryer with laundry soap included. The main bathroom has a deep soaker tub and complimentary toiletry products as well as towels, are provided.

Up the carpeted stairs, large windows on the landing providing natural light. Here we are greeted with a dining table for 6, an island with granite countertops and 2 breakfast stools. A kitchen with modern appliances, side by side fridge, ceramic stovetop, and a microwave enable you to create fantastic meals for you and your guests. Glass fronts on the cabinets add style to this modern kitchen. Dishwasher tabs and dish soap are included.

Warm wood floors flow throughout the main living spaces. A large and open, with three arm chairs and a couch, enjoy the gas fire, or, for your entertainment, TV, DVD or the home theatre system with surround sound while you are relaxing. More windows look out over Feathertop Way, and the snow covered forest below. The access to the hot tub is located on this middle floor.

Heated floors grace the ski access entrance with punched copper ceiling tiles, and stained natural wood wainscotting 5’ tall. Lots of hooks and standing area are available while you are waiting for your party to hit the slopes. A half bath is conveniently located here. Step outside to the ski locker and away you go down Sundance run and Millie’s Mile.

One more level up windows provide natural lighting. This floor is dedicated to the master bedroom. A beautiful wood sleigh bed, matching side tables, lamps and a chest of drawers completes this suite. The full en-suite boasts a gorgeous double vanity with motion sensor floor level convenience lighting and a luxurious double walk in steam shower. Incorporated in the light coloured slate flooring are copper tile accents. Truly a beautiful en suite.

There is parking for 3 vehicles. One in the carport and 2 in the driveway. Additional vehicles are required to purchase passes and park at Happy Valley.
