Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 300.00 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.

In close proximity to the ranch you’ll find Down Hill/Alpine Skiing, Horseback Riding, Ice Skating, White Water Rafting, Fishing, Kayaking/Tubing , and exciting gaming action at the 38 casinos of Black Hawk. Ride the carousel or visit the mining museum in Nederland, tour a real Gold Mine in Idaho Springs or stroll Pearl Street in Boulder.

A whole wing of the home is dedicated to the Master Bedroom Suite which spans TWO levels with walk-in closet, in-suite master bath with hot tub, 2 flat screen TVs, and a giant wall of windows allowing you to wake up to the most incredible mountain views. Aside from the master, there are 5 other guest rooms & Pak n Play can be set up in any one of the rooms for infants/toddlers.

Kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, butcher block counter tops matching the theme of wilderness and an additional walk-in pantry housing anything else you need including barbeque implements, outdoor dishware, spices, cookbooks, etc.

Dining area inside has service for 6 but can squeeze 8. Dining deck outside has service for 6 but can squeeze 8. Picnic table on the flagstone patio seats 12.

Lower floor features wet bar, theater with remote controlled automatic black-out shades, dvd/cd library, Wii Gaming console, games, & surround sound. The system allows you play music all over the house, even outside.

Outside, find great spaces including a 6 seat hot tub with comfortable chaise lounges and a hammock for tanning in the summer. 2 Air Chairs you can lightly swing-in are under the deck, in the shade and out of the weather-great for sipping wine, hot chocolate or a beer while taking in the sunset amongst a fantastic view of Jaymes Peak. And not to be missed for lunch is a large scenic flagstone patio with Flintstone picnic table seating up to 12 overlooking the forest and Jaymes Peak.
