Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit the first night deposit. No refund if cancelled in less than 45 days prior to arrival, only for nights re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 CAD is due immediately.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
