Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Travelers Cheques
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 40 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
