Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 06:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Group & Min. Age Policies
There are no requirements.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) , Venmo, Zelle
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less a 50.000 USD administration fee) are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Parking is free.
