8 double rooms with 2 single or 1 extra-wide king-size bed located on the first or second floor of the 11-bedroom beachfront compound.
All rooms have separate entrances, shower rooms, equipped with AIR CONDITIONING, safe boxes, TV. Only 2 meters to the sea.

This area is well known for its natural beauty, unspoiled beaches, where you have the opportunity to observe coral reefs, a variety of marine flora and fauna, to enjoy snorkeling, diving. This area of Bali is regarded to be still a "traditional", "pure" Bali. Some call it uncivilized as we do not have around big shopping malls, night clubs. That is what guests like here. We offer the opportunity to escape from the daily hustle, from crowds of tourists.

Booking Deposit
Payment policy is flexible and options discussed during the Grace period. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 3 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less 1 nights rent) will be refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
