Description
Situated in the perched village of Bonnieux, the infinity pool overlooks Mt. Ventoux and the Luberon valley below. The villa offers three well appointed bedrooms with air conditioning, a large kitchen, beautiful volumes and views throughout, with mature gardens and plentiful parking. The pool and gardens welcome you from your Provence adventures. Just add rosé. Restaurants abound on foot. Or cook up the daily haul in the grande kitchen and barbeque. Three chambres sleep six in air conditioning comfort. The master and salon open to the front terrace covered with vintage grapevines. The upstairs chambres offer commanding valley views, single or double beds.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 5 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 5.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Venmo
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 EUR is due 90 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
