Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 21 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted.
PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 GBP is due 21 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
