Perfect Vacation I can not say enough good things about our vacation. From the home to the service EVERYTHING was perfect. Hanna who I booked through was fantastic from the start. The maintenance crew were up and plowing the snow early making sure we were able to walk out. The home was in the perfect location with all, clean and with every item needed with in. Thank you Alpine for making this vacation perfect for my daughters who wanted nothing more than a white Christmas. I would definitely recommend over and over. I hope to be back one day. Location, location, location ! Love the staff at Alpine management - EVERYONE is just great. Friendly helpful office staff, "grounds staff" do a great job with snow removal, etc. (also very friendly) Housekeeping very accommodating. <br/><br/>Awsome location 1 block up from Main Street. Grocery store across the street. (city market on bus route too) You do not need a car - but we always have one.<br/><br/>Bus stop to ski lifts a 4 minute (in boots) walk to corner - runs every 20 minutes. <br/><br/>Spent 2 weeks in the 3 bedroom house with family. Perfect for 6 people. Nice size living room, 2 full baths. FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER ! Big dining room table, plenty of storage/clothes space. Great internet. (HD TV would be nice and another TV in one of the bedrooms)<br/>Only issues is that the heat cannot keep up with the temperature variations. The house is historic - front doors and windows have gaps that let in too much cold and wind. You need to use the mini heaters found in all the closets.<br/><br/><br/>

Breck Ski Trip Great house to rent, 1 block off main street. 5 min walk to ski lift ( QuickSilver Chair ), Snow was shoveled every day, Wood burning fire place. 3 bedrooms , plenty of room<br/><br/> I would rent again !!

Better than slope side! We had a fantastic stay at Culbreath House in Breckenridge. The facility was clean, our rental house had all the standard amenities and the management staff was friendly and quick to address any issues during our stay. We went skiing and snowmobiling and the best part was the close proximity to town. We never worried about parking because we could walk anywhere in minutes.

Culbreath House #1 Review at Christmas Arrived early and property managers were able to get us in early. Headed to grocery store and then back to house. Great location - one block off main street, across from sledding park and across from bus pick up. Great views out the front. Nine of us (6 adults and 3 small ones) stayed comfortably in the house. You will love the location and space for the price. Cook at home and save significant $'s. Highly recommended.

French Ridge Culbreath House It was a wonderful experience. The home offered a retreat that not only met but exceeded expectations. Both the interior and exterior of the home was picturesque. Getting up and being able to look out and see the mountains was picture perfect. The living area of the home offered an upscale environment while retaining its coziness.
