Park place condo 304B Review We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. The location was great. However, The unit we stayed in was dated and somewhat worn. Furniture was worn, and many pieces were scratched and old. The unit was dark with little sunlight. To compound that the light bulbs throughout were old and some the wrong wattage - should have been replaced with brighter LED bulbs. Cleanliness was average at best. The master shower and toilet area smelled terribly from mildew and was dark.

Winter Ski Trip The condo had all of the kitchen ware to cook. We loved skiing down Four o'clock run to town and take the very short walk to the condo. Parking can be tricky but it works. We had a big SUV that was difficult be capable of parking in the garage. Kids loved the hot tub. We didn't use the grill on the patio. We were able to watch NCAA basketball and good cable coverage. Great couches for relaxing and hanging out. Would stay there again.

Great summertime vacation with family Check-in was pleasant. The employee giving us keys was so enthusiastic that we were there. It felt nice. The condo location is within walking distance of downtown, gondola and many hiking trails. A perfect place to be for our summer trip. The condo itself was spacious and slept 5 easily. Has the ability to sleep more, too. Bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms are nice. Kitchen and living area is very nice, perfect for sitting down and relaxing after being away most of the day! There is washer/dryer and we used it on our last day. Shower is nice, a regular/rainfall combo feels good. The floors of the shower are cobblestone, a little uncomfortable on the feet until you get used to it and consider it a foot massage (ha). Overall, exactly what we wanted for our first ever trip to Breck

Mountain Lodge We very much enjoyed our stay in Park Place 304B. The location was perfect and walking distance to Main St and also to the resevoir where we found some great hiking trails. There was plenty of space for a group of 5 of us women. And the kitchen had all the dishes/equipment we needed. The living room carpet was old and stained and needs to be replaced and the rooms were dark based on the paint colors and lighting but all in all I would come back and stay here again.

Cozy, Comfortable and Nicely Decorated We really enjoyed our stay here. You are within a short walk of most restaurants and the snowflake lift. When leaving the mountain in the afternoon ski past the catwalk to Snowflake and continue down a bit. There will be a sign and arrow for Park Place Condos. Then you are just one building away...almost ski in. The unit is very comfortable and nicely decorated. My only complaint would be the pans really need to be replaced. Especially the non-stick for eggs.

Breck 2018 Park Place B304 was perfect for our group of two couples. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and the staff very friendly and helpful. Though we barely used it, the kitchen was very nice. Rooms were cozy. Great location to get to just about anything or anywhere in town, either a short walk away or a bus ride with stops nearby. Definitely would consider renting again in the future.

Ahhh Breckenridge...Excellent Location, Great Place, Enjoy Wonderful and memorable renting experinece with Summit Mountain Rentals (SMR). Very easy and fast to communicate with. This unit is great. Location is uber close to downtown...and don't have to walk up the hill a plus with littles. Unit is comfy. Only issue was the floors weren't as clean as we liked when we checked in and a quick call to SMR had the crew out to reclean floors as new. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo This was a perfect ski getaway for the two of us with our grown son. Plenty of room for everybody, a very well-equipped kitchen and an easy walk to the shuttlec to the slopes, which came by every 7 minutes (we found the walk to the Snowflake lift too tiring). On the return, we could ski right back to the condo. Easy peasy! 5 minute walk into town for dinner. The only inconvenience was having to schlep our skis up 2 flights of stairs at the end of the day.

Lovely property This condo is decorated very nicely and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating to accommodate 4 - 6 people. I do want to point out that the washer/dryer is in the master bath, not the most convenient if sharing with another couple. The biggest drawback to this condo is that it is on the third floor (no elevator). We didn't think this would be a problem until we had to do those stairs at that elevation with less oxygen. This can be a challenge for a flat lander carrying luggage. Having said that, the condo is lovely and worked great for two couples.

Clean and comfortable We were a group of 7 adults and 1 child and were very comfortable inside this condo. It was very clean and had all the amenities we could have asked for. The couches were comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. It's a short walk to main street and ski in via the 4 oclock trail. You can walk (slighty uphill) to the snowflake lift or just take the free shuttle (stops in front of the condo complex).

Great Stay! Everything was great. Summit was very atttentive and helpful.Coffee pot wasn't working first morning and they immediately replaced it when we called. Condo was clean and well appointed. Highly recommend this unit!

Great Location-Maybe 2 blocks to Main Street shops and dining Great location ! (At the most) Maybe 2 blocks to Main Street-some stores were closed due to Covid 19 as this was to be expected. This condo had everything that we needed, a bonus is that it had washer and dryer in the condo- no need to go down the hall or a few flights of stairs with a pocket full of quarters and no need to share with other renter.<br/>Very clean and quiet area- not too many condos were rented at the time when we were able to travel.<br/>We were able to reserve this condo as soon as short term rentals were open. We booked it on a Saturday Mid Morning, packed our suit case and hit the road about an hour after booking it for the 11 hour drive. We also stayed in Estes Park for a few days too. Both are beautiful areas where we have vacationed before. We couldn't make up our mind, so we chose both.<br/>Close to Frisco Bike Park- Awesome !! Bring your own bike or you can rent bikes in Frisco on Main Street. Our family even saw a moose on a path that was close to the ski lift. We practiced social distancing with the moose- you don't want to get too close. Went on a few hikes, Condo was very clean, had all necessary supplies that we needed <br/>If you did chose to cook at the condo, there is a local grocery store about 1 mile away. It has deli, a hot bar and a pharmacy. We have stayed in this area before and would recommend this condo or area. We would reserve this again if available next time we travel to the area. Making great family memories !! We love this area.
