Outstanding month in Breckenridge Some friends and i stayed a month in Breckenridge due to the remote work environment and flexibility with covid. Sometimes maybe once a week we would need to print something and the office was so helpful. It was great to have a rental like this with a huge staff and office nearby.

Solid condo in Breck! Great condo for a family stay, exactly as advertised. Really comfortable space—especially awesome that each bedroom has two doors that close between it and the living room! (So that the kiddo could sleep while we watched a movie.) Kitchen has all the amenities, although the pots and pans could stand to be replaced, and everything is clean and comfy. Included ski locker was great, and the condo is close to both Snowflake lift and a quick stroll to town. It’s not very close to the pool—a good 10 min walk, so easier to drive. Overall, a good place to stay!

It was nice but.... The place was nice however, it advertised a king bed in the master suite; this bed was a queen at best, possibly a full. The dishwasher had an awful smell and the dryer took 2 days to dry a load of laundry. However, as mentioned, the place was nice and in a great location. I’d definitely stay at Park Place again just maybe not this specific condo.

Fantastic Condo!!! We are a family of 5 and this place was awesome! It was spacious so we could spread out, was clean and everything worked perfectly. The location was ideal...only one block from beautiful downtown Breckenridge. We would totally stay here again!

Summer Vacation Very nice, conveniently located condo near everything in Breck. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed - appreciated lots of dishes and not just a few place settings. TV remotes were a little confusing since there were so many and many of them didn't work. TV cable/dish was not hooked up in the master bedroom but that didn't matter since we were not there much. Clean and comfortable furniture and great for a family vacation.

Easter in the Rockies Excellent location for ski bus and walking into town. Condo was clean and well furnished. Family particularly liked the lounge area, just what was needed after a day on the slopes.

Spring Break Trip Overall, a great place to stay! Great location in town with nice, clean amenities. The only issue we had (minor) was the place was a little stuffy & hot, even with the heat turned off. We kept the windows open to keep it cooler. Otherwise, a great place and location in town, would definitely recommend!

Wonderful condo in a great location! We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful and spotless condo! It is directly across the street from downtown Breck and Main St, which was super convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. But more importantly...they have the most AMAZINGLY comfy couch for movie nights! Seriously, you might not even want to go anywhere after you experience this cozy couch next to the fireplace.<br/><br/>I would definitely rent this unit again and my experience with the rental management company was top notch. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Breck!

Liked it Stayed 3 weeks, in Sept 2020. It's not "fancy", but no complaints at all. Great location, everything worked, clean, decent in every way. Management Company was responsive and made sure I knew they were available to help if needed (but I did not need anything).

Christmas getaway Good not great getaway location mostly ski in condo just off 4 O&#x2019;Clock Run but across the street. It is a 2nd level unit. Very warm and cozy, almost too warm at night. One thing to know you can hear EVERY footstep of the 3rd level condo above. Very annoying! Response from Summit Mountain Rentals; Tuesday, January 23, 2018 Laura, thank you for the feedback! This is the first I've heard a complaint about the noise here so I appreciate the feedback.

Guests can ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to their condo. The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub.
