Clean, comfortable, close to town, great price This was the least expensive rental I found and am so glad I booked it. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, location is PERFECT, hot tub was convenient, but the absolute best part about it was the picnic table on the huge patio. We ate every meal outside and loved it. Highly recommend this place. The only thing that didn't measure up was the property management phone lines. Local staff was awesome but if you call after hours you'll get overseas operators that don't know much and don't call back.

Perfect Spot The condo was exactly as described and provided easy access (walking or driving) to all that is Breckinridge. Check-in and check-out was easy. Just be ready for 3 flights of stairs!!

Ideal Easy check-in/check-out. Convenient condo with parking. Very easy to walk to everything in the Maggie Pond area. About a 5 minute walk to base of QuickSilver Super Chair, which is a nice stroll for those used to walking in boots. Condo has access to a public pool and hot tub facility, which require reservations due to Covid. Kitchen is well equipped. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. It is a walk-up unit, we did not mind this a bit but for those who are very unfit or out of shape this may be an issue. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for providing such wonderful accommodations.

Thanksgiving week holiday 301 Columbine was perfect location for us to meet our 2 adult children for the week of Thanksgiving. The condo is clean and well maintained, Summit Mountain Rental staff were a pleasure & answered all questions. Walking distance to slopes and downtown; short car ride to many snowshoe trails; kitchen was well stocked; came with 2 parking spots. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend to others.

Extremely Satisfied Best of the Best...Highly Recommend! Well maintained, clean and extremely comfortable...plenty of room to spread out and relax. A quick short walk to the base of peak 9 made it very convenient to walk back to the condo for lunch. Customer service was outstanding!

Great mountain stay the place was very nice. But the cleaning service must be horrible. Dirty napkin under the ottoman, dirty tissue by the bed, a pile of dirt that never got picked up in the kitchen. So that tells me the vacuum did not get ran any where, and the floors did not get moped. our socks were filthy. Must be the same company you use in 206 columbine. We usually find left overs in that one also.

Great location, lovely condo, great stay! The condo was really nice and just as it was described. It was well appointed and had everything we needed and the location was perfect! A really short walk to the mountain and to shops and restaurants. And Summit Mountain Rentals, the property manager, couldn't have been any nicer or more responsive. Had a fabulous time.

Breckenridge 6/2020 Condo was comfortable and update nicely, well stocked kitchen, and a roof top deck with a picnic table and lots of room. Location was great close to Maggie&#x2019;s pond, easy walk to town. Would definitely rent this condo again with no hesitation.<br/>Property management was very pleasant and easy to work with, GREAT STAY IN Breckenridge.

Weekend Away This was a perfect location - nestled in the pine trees but also a short walk to the shops and Maggie Pond. Lots of space for adults and kids, and well stocked.

Spartan Race Every thing was great, only problem which was small the guest bathroom bath tub would not drain when showering, and TV screen was a bit snowy, other than that it was very nice and comfortable. Would recommend for others to stay. Close to downtown, streams, trails, and ski area all walking distance. Pool was nice and whirlpools. I know it work be enjoyable for anytime of the year. Summer Stay Great place. Everything was top notch and super close to Breck. We walked to all the stores and restaurants. Worked half days so the WiFi was helpful plus the kids hit Netflix on a daily basis. There were HDTVs, which was nice to see, but none were hooked up via HDMI. This wasn't our first rodeo so I got out the Apple TV and a HDMI cable and bingo... HD! If you're techie, bring some HD gear and you'll love this place. I would rent this Condo again. Columbine 301 -- great condo we really liked the condo. although it is older construction, the condo is nice! It has been updated and has all the amenities you need for a nice vaca. Location is AWESOME! walk to Main Street, slopes, stores... all is accessible! Lots of room to spread out and relax! Would definitely rent again

columbine 301 We love this condo and always try to stay here when in Breck - which is sometimes twice a year. We love the lay out and all the space/built-ins in the bedrooms. I would love if they put black-out curtains in the bedroom!

Columbine 301 The place was a short 5 min walk to the lifts and town. The room is very functional but a little dated and the low ceilings make it feel a little tight. The 3rd floor location is great for views but the stairs are a small workout in the altitude. If your looking for a brand new 5 star condo this is not it but if your looking for a very functional close to everything condo for a reasonable price this is a good one. The under ground parking is a really great thing as well. I don't like having to go to a separate location to pick up and drop off keys.

Excellent Apartment close to town Fully equipped, clean apartment just a few minutes walk from Main Street. Plenty of space and nice ambient inside and outside. The check-in and check-out procedure was easy, and management very helpful and attentive to questions in advance of the visit. Parking for 2 vehicles was convenient.

Loved our stay, just a few minor things We loved our stay in COlumbine 301! The biggest drawback was that there was no air conditioning (or it wasn't working.) With no breezes at night the unit stayed quite warm and uncomfortable for sleeping. Also, we opened the window on the west side of the dining room and the screen fell in, so we did not open as we have smaller children. Great condo close to lifts Condo was very nice, with newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortably sleeps four adults, but plenty of room for six guests if you're flexible. We had two in master bedroom (king bed), two in second bedroom (two double beds), and then two in the living room (couch + roll-away bed). The Quicksilver lift is only a few minutes walk away, as well as access to rental shops and bars/restaurants in the base village there. Hot tub was close, and appreciated after a long day of skiing. Management company was also easy to work with, and particularly helpful on the phone as we checked-in late at night. Had a great time, definitely recommended!

Foxy Condo Very nice condo. Fox liked to hang around top deck. Enjoyed him. Everything was modern and clean. Great location to walk to town. The tub didn't drain so we called mgmt comp and they sent someone to fix it. No AC. We were very hot at night. Also no fans. No extra sheets or towels. Wish mgmt comp would have told us more about the area. Lovely comfortable condo in a great Breckenridge location The property exceeded our expectations. It is very comfortable, nicely furnished, well equipped and in a wonderful location just steps from lift 9. The heated garage made for an easier stay since we were fortunate to have lots of snow, and the hot tub was enjoyed by all! We will definitely want to stay in this condo again in the fantastic town and ski resort of Breckenridge.

Two Winters, Two Visits to Breckenridge Second time renting in Breck. This one was a little closer to the Peak 9 lifts. Nice place, well kept, in good location, with parking in the basement garage. Located in Breckenridge’s Four Seasons neighborhood, these wonderful condominiums are just a two-block stroll to the Quicksilver lift and Maggie Pond area. Downtown is an easy walk or ride on the Breckenridge free shuttle.
