Great summer stay! Everything we expected and more. Aside from the comfortable beds, clean accommodations, timely support...we also enjoyed the simple check out procedure. We have stayed at other places, where the check out involved a lot of precise tasks and cleaning...here it was simply "Start the dishwasher, take out the kitchen garbage, leave passes and keys". Of course this can change, but this was greatly appreciated.<br/><br/>The distance to downtown was short, but fairly hilly, so we still drove anytime we needed to go anywhere. Summer Breckenridge - during the week - seemed to always have parking available when we needed it.

Good Experience The rental company was great. Received notice when the property was ready. Great location and very clean unit. The only issue was the master bed. The middle of the bed sinks down. Needs to be replaced.

Great staff The staff was friendly, helpful, and thorough. I have worked with Summit Mountain Rentals several times and will again. There were only two challenges: parking was very challenging (it was hard to get into and out of the garage, and the outside spaces were too small for a truck), and the hot tub and its patio was a little rough - the sliding screen door didn't work very well. The condo itself was otherwise wonderful. The location was great, walking distance from downtown but not on a busy street.

What to be expected Stayed for a weekend in July. This unit was close to our place we own in Breck, so it allowed for some extra space for our extra guests. It is run by the management company, so did not have the homey feel and extra amenities that an AirBNB/VRBO unit typically provides. Clean unit, felt like a hotel.

Holidays in Breckenridge Great townhome with plenty of room for our two families and convenient walk to Snowflake lift and to town. Also enjoyed visiting Country Boy Gold Mine Tour a few miles away to learn about why Breckenridge was originally founded.

christmas weekend in colorado The only 2 drawbacks from this experience were trouble getting car into garage. The oven was dirty and had to clean it before using. Could not wait for someone to come do it.

Great Stay for Shuttling to Beaver Run / Quicksilver This condo held our group of 7 quite nicely. It was clean; had reliable internet. Washer / Dryer worked fine. <br/><br/>200 ft walk to the shuttle stop (which runs every 15 mins and you are only 1 stop from Beaver Run / Quicksilver Lifts). I seem to recall some reviews saying it was possible to Ski-In to this unit. Technically this might be true, but it required traversing flat areas on Lower Sawmill and Snowflake runs which members of our group (both retired, and young kids) gave up on. The shuttle was much more practical for us.<br/><br/>It was too far to walk to mainstreet, so we had to drive and then find parking on nights we wanted to go out.

Ok place for large family Compared to 20+ times I've stayed in Breck, this was an ok place and stay for the summer price. Bedrooms and kitchen were clean. Owner got hot tub fixed after 3 days, 3 phone calls and 3 repair visits. Location is a good walk to downtown or shuttle goes past the place. Area is nice. We had a bear night visit the garbage cans 2x during our week stay (that was exciting and unique). The reason I gave this place 3 stars was mainly the parking. I was able to squeeze 1 small car and 7 bikes in the small garage (only large enough for mid-sized car at best). We parked our mini-van in the extremely small parking lot. If you have a large SUV or truck, forget it, although 1 person did which made the parking situation almost impossible.

Convenient and Comfortable This unit was clean and well-equipped for our family of 6. So convenient to the slopes. Walk across the street, after about 30 yards, put on your skis and go. The garage is tight so larger vehicles with cartop carriers need to park outside in designated spots.

Family Ski Trip Our stay was in February 2021. We had 5 adults and 2 children age 2 and 4. We had plenty of space and beds. The town house was clean and ready a few hours before check in time. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever had. The home itself is a little outdated but well kept up, maintained, and very clean. My kids loved the huge tub in the master with jets. We loved the hot tub. The bed in the master is super comfortable. The sofa in the loft is a pull out bed. It is a very thin matrices. Worked fine for my 4 year old but maybe not for an adult. The snowflake lift and 4 o'clock run is maybe 2 blocks walk down the road and their is a ski rental shop right there to rent and keep your gear. One word of caution is the parking situation. The parking lot is very small and on an incline. The one car garage for the condo is heated which is nice but pulling the car in can be difficult. The neighbor had an expedition parked in the spot across from the garage and made it impossible to park in the garage. Large full size SUVs just don't work in this parking lot so rent something smaller. COVID did not cause any issues for us. You have to wear a mask at all times and restaurants were at 25% seating so make a reservation and you are fine. The restaurants up on the mountain are also limited seating so we had to eat outside which was really cold so be prepared for that. If you go into Dillion to visit the ice castle have dinner at the Dam Brewery. It is AMAZING! Smores bread good. The Canteen is the best restaurant in Breck. Thanks for the great stay!

506 Chimney Ridge the property was great in all ways except one: The carpets and floors were really dirty. The layout was great, the kitchen was stocked so well with all the tools/utensils you would ever need. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint was the dirty floors. Great place to stay in Breckenridge This was our first extended family vacation and I would recommend staying here if you have a large family. It was clean and the web pictures were accurate We have been to Breck many times and have stayed at various places and this was one of the best. The first night was exiting as a large brown bear woke us up trying to find an open trash can. He succeeded in tearing off the top of one.

Large Group Getaway Wonderful, clean home great for large groups with lots of room to spread out. Beautiful big master suite with large jacuzzi tub. Lots of balconies to enjoy the outdoors. Hot tub was great. Community pool was used a lot by the kids. My only complaint was the parking was difficult into the garage because of the slope and drop off and tight space of the driveway/parking lot/garage. I wish you could park more than one vehicle outside for large groups. Otherwise great place and helpful rental company. We would stay there again.

Romantic Holiday getaway This Condo was fantastic. My girlfriend and I used this as a romantic getaway over Thanksgiving and it was perfect. While there were only two of us, you could easily have slept two other couples or two families. The location is perfect for anything you want to do in town or on the slopes. I would recommend this to anyone, I have zero complaints.
