Perfect location The condo was perfect for our family. Couldn't be more convenient in terms of proximity to the lift & off the 4 O'Clock Run. A few items in the condo were dated/broken but overall the condo was more than sufficient for our week long stay.

Great ski in place This was a great ski in condo with a very short walk to snowflake ski lift. It was very comfortable and easy to get there for a lunch off the slopes. Would definitely stay there again.

GREAT location! Overall experience was great, and the location is absolutely the best! Easy parking, convenient 1st-floor access. 100 small footsteps to the snowflake lift and 15 small footsteps from the 4 Oclock run to the door. Interior felt a bit "tired", but no showstoppers and easily overlooked for the perfect location. I would definitely stay again

Great location Tyra Chalet 127 was a great place for our summer Breckenridge vacation. Close to downtown, easy drive out of town for hiking, rafting, etc. Nice place that was well stocked. The only things I would have like to have seen were some board games and a gas grill. The unit itself was very clean but the very small porch area was kind of dirty and could use a cleaning. Overall a great place to stay at a reasonable price for the area. Would be an awesome location for ski in/out in the winter, 20 yds from the snowflake lift.

Great Location for Trip with College Friends Staying at Tyra 127 was great to be able to come and go from the slopes and get downtown. Being on the first floor across the street from the rental/ticket office and ski lift, and a few parking spaces away from the ski-out was quite convenient. If you are planning on spending most of your time at Breck skiing and trying out downtown restaurants, this is a place for you.<br/><br/>Beds and rooms were comfortable. We had 10 in our group and all fit, but 8 would have been ideal with sleeping arrangements to avoid the pull-out sofa. Otherwise, this place did not feel terribly cramped during the day with the max occupancy and allowed us to cook and hang out comfortably.<br/><br/>Only drawbacks:<br/>-The Snowflake lift is not the fastest..<br/>-There are two hot tubs (one indoor, one outdoor) that are shared across the units. We found these to be busy but may be subject to timing of the trip.<br/><br/>Overall, was a great stay!

Ski vacation We had a great experience with Summit Mountain Rentals. Every phone call was greeted professionally and in a friendly manner. The condo was in a perfect location, conveniently located close to the Snowflake lift. The unit was as expected. Beds comfortable. A few suggestions or things that would have been nice - board games in the unit, better instructions on how to access Netflix, etc on the TV. The front windows in the living room were drafty - only an issue if sitting on the window seat. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall, we had a great experience made better by the staff at SMR. We would definitely come back again.

Fantastic location, good apartment This property's location is the key feature here - ski in means no more than 20 yards (!) from the four o'clock run, ski out means 100 yards from the Snowflake lift and it's a pretty comfortable walk into town afterwards. The walk back up from town is a bit of a climb, but if you don't have the appetite for that it's right on two of the free shuttle bus routes that seemed to run regularly. The apartment itself is pretty decent and well equipped. We were a party of six adults and there was enough space for us, and you can park right outside. If skiing is the main reason you're here, then this place works really well.

Ideal Location - Close to Town, Right by Life This Tyra Chalet location is incredibly ideally located--steps (and not even uphill) to the Snowflake life and right on the 4 o'clock ski run to return. It's walking distance to town but due to the uphill return in the altitude, we opt to drive anyway. Super close! The condo is well equipped and nicely laid out. We would absolutely return!

TYRA 127 Great Location however Kitchen lacked working stove/oven The unit said it was recently updated. This is 50% true. The furnishings were not as depicted in the picture. The stove/oven was quite dated and the electronic display was not working so the temperature and time did not display. Making the Thanksgiving meal was a challenge as the temperature did not display as well as the hour/minute timer. However the location is convenient to lifts and walking distance to town. Breckenridge is charming.

Christmas Family Ski Vacation Location was great (ski in/out was perfect). Very close to the ski lift, convenient to ski rental shop and a reasonable walk to town. The chalet was well laid out. Nice TV, fire place, kitchen, rooms, etc.<br/>We were unlucky with the hot tubs because a water boiler went down during our stay ... we did get one day in the hot tubs and they are nice.<br/>If you are looking for a place for 6 people (not 7), highly recommend you give this place a try.<br/>

top location location is super, odd furnishings, broken blinds and icemaker (which was repaired quickly by management), cooking facilities not great, but very clean. stay here if you don't plan a ton of cooking and aren't into interior design. good value and super close to lift and convenient walk to town.

Everything was great, except Everything was GREAT, except the porch was dirty and very crowded with extra storage furniture, so there was no place to sit and realax and hear the water running down the stream. The chair pads were very dusty and there were a lot of leaves and dirt on the porch, BUT other than that the inside was perfect.

Breckenridge Tyra Chalet 127 Nice place and great access. Very roomy with nice hot tubs right close by. Parked right by door and skied right up to within 20 yards of door. Walked about 50 yards to Snowflake lift, very easy.

Great place to hit the slopes quickly! Love the ability to ski down to the condo and walk across the street to get on the lift. Easy access to the slopes, a comfortable place to stay. Enjoyed it and hope to be back next year!

Breckenridge Spring Break 2014 Tyra Chalet 127 is exactly as advertised, nothing fancy but clean and very comfortable. We were 6, two moms and 4 teenagers all with varying skiing abilities and we had a great time. From the hot tubs, the ski shop two doors from the unit, and the Snowflake lift across the street, it couldn't have been more convenient. The price of the rental was very fair, we would rent again. Tyra Chalet 127 Location is truly ski-in, ski-out, so that was great. Unit could use some updates and kitchen was not well stocked in terms of dishes, cooking utensils, pans, etc. We only had 5 people and unit says it can fit 10, but I think you would be very uncomfortable with more than 6. Living space is small. We had a nice trip and property is "fine" but I would not recommend to a friend.

Great trip! The process was easy. The rental staff was friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable, considering the convenient location. The unit was easily accessible from both parking and skiing. The ski rental shop being just a few feet from our door was great. Stay at Tyra 127 My wife and I recently stayed at Tyra 127 in Breckenridge, CO. This property was Excellent. It is convenient to everything in town and a very comfortable property. It is well stocked and we enjoyed staying there. The Office Staff was Exceptional in their Service.
