Breck Excellent property!

Nice stay Nice stay in an excellent location. Only complaint was that apparently the building does not have AC. the hallways were about 85 to 90F and we needed to keep the windows of the condo open.

Great Location Very close to Main Street restaurants and shops. Very roomy. Kitchen was well appointed for my month long stay. Overall, though, this unit needs a face lift. Carpet stains and cabinetry need updated.

Clean but in need of attention The condo is OK, but in desperate need of some attention by someone.<br/>The mattresses are far too soft and uncomfortable.<br/>There are only 2 large beverage glasses in the kitchen.<br/>The thermostat does not work. Even when turned completely off, the condo is way too hot.<br/>The top of the coffee machine is broken.<br/>The toaster is missing the push-down on the right-hand side.<br/>The condo is missing a desk. A desk would be nice.<br/>The lighting is completely inadequate - especially in the bedrooms.<br/>The dust ruffle in the second bedroom is torn and unsightly.<br/>

Great Breck Ski Trip 1410 was a great condo in the middle of everything a skier could want when visiting Breckenridge. The valet made it easy to get to the base without carrying all your gear too far. Great food and shopping within walking distance. All around great experience!! Thank you!

Excellent location, clean and well priced. Overall my friends and I had a great time here. The staff was friendly and professional, the house was clean and in good order. No complaints and if we come back here again, we'll stay at this location. Very satisfied.

Breck vacation Good location for town but a bit of a walk to the slopes. Unit needs a good cleaning and new furniture. Lacked enough kitchenware, had to run dishes 3 times with just 3 people.

Stay after the holidays The unit could definitely use better humidifiers. One was new but barely had any output. The other had to be constantly reset. Dishwasher worked but the door would not fully open so it was a little odd to work. Other than that, the place was great.
