Cozy little "cottage" Very cozy little condo in a fantastic location. My sister and I do an annual ski/snowboarding trip and this rental is a SHORT walk to the chairlifts. So convenient, we walked everywhere! Heated bathroom floors, steamy shower, cute little fireplace for unthawing after a day on the hill--perfect for a quick weekend getaway.

National Daughters Day in Breckenridge We stayed at a great condo. The only thing I really was shocked at during booking was the cleaning fee. I thought that was a little overpriced.

Great place for a family We had a wonderful time as a family at this place. Walking distance to downtown. We even enjoyed a visit from a fox during our stay. :)

Week long stay We have rented from Summit Mountain rentals for six years. There were positives and negatives about this condo. The kitchen equipment- pots, pans, plates all needed updating...we cook a lot and things were not organized and the kitchen was hard to cook in. Knives were dull, pots and pans just thrown in the cabinets...not nearly organized at all. The beds slept well, it was quiet, and the temp stayed even throughout which were all huge pluses. No large soaking tub which is always nice after a hard day of skiing but there was a nice shower with lots of hot water. The washer and dryer tookFOREVER to do a load and was extremely small. The furniture needed updating...not much sitting room in the living room, the coffee table was broken. It was a decent condo, but we will probably try adifferent one next year.

Great rental close to shops Very clean and with everything you need provided. About .5 mile walk to downtown. Only complaint would be that the fan in living room didn't work and there were a couple warm afternoons where the extra breeze would have been nice.

Great Spot!! We loved the condo and the gals at the front desk where we checked in were so friendly. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We only wished it had some cocktail making supplies and earlier opening pool times. I think the pool didn’t open until 10:00 and closed fairly early at night, but these were minor issues and did not affect our vacation.

Nice Decor The condo was nicely furnished. It was initially difficult to find. The condo was on the 3rd floor which I was not aware of. The condo was a bit overpriced for the location.

Amazing place to stay!! The unit is modern, clean, and in a perfect location, not to mention quiet and very comfortable. The only surprise I experienced during my stay was having to avoid a moose while walking home from Peak 9 one afternoon. Highly recommended property; I am looking forward to returning next year!

Roomy but not comfy The pluses: lots of space-washer/dryer-GREAT cookware!<br/>The minuses: pillows/beds were the VERY UNCOMFORTABLE-living room needs more comfy seating(we spent 7 nights & evenings are spent in front of fire place/tv and the seating was not adequate)-3 flights of stairs - not horrible but definitely not desirable-not flexible with an early check-in(would have paid extra for it).<br/>**Would recommend new pillows/mattresses**

Beautiful spacious place This is a great place for a skiing vacation. The unit is very spacious and clean, the kitchen has everything you need to make anything. It is a little far from the lifts if you plan on walking but there&#x2019;s a free shuttle right outside.

Great access to the mountains. Walking Distance to the lift, nice pool and hot tub in the complex. It was very clean, beds comfortable. It was inconvenient to drag our luggage and ski gear up 3 flights of stairs. We were disappointed the shower wall unit did not work. In spite of the downsides, we enjoyed our stay.
