Overall good stay for a family. Family of 4, with 2 kids (10 and 13y). Very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom can use some update though. The heater is too hot in the bedrooms if you set the temp good for the kitchen/living room area. So plan on lowering it over night. <br/>Location is excellent, but only if you plan on skiing at peak 8. The black route to go to town is terrible during peak season.

Brilliant Location I stayed here with a friend and we loved it. The location is brilliant, there is a shuttle stop right outside and it is only one stop to the slopes! It is also only a 5 min drive down to the center of Breckenridge main street.<br/>The apartment itself was spacious, with a very nice living area and a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. <br/>There is also a balcony with a BBQ grill.<br/>

Unbeatable views with great access Super easy and convenient check in. Rolled into town at 7pm and the office was still open. Super friendly staff and the lodge was super easy to find.

Quite location The rental was nice. It does need updating. Our shower head fell off and the carpet could use cleaning. The living room was cozy. The beds were comfortable for sleeping.

Great location, older build, not 1.5 bathrooms There is not 1.5 bathrooms. There is one shower/tub combo. There is one toilet. There are two sinks/vanities. 1.5 bath is false advertising. The shower and toilet are in same room so 8 people can test the limits of the bathroom.<br/><br/>Unit is great. Older build but great location. Definitely request a first story unit if you can. 100 foot walk to shuttle stop. Can even walk to Peak 8 base if you want. Kitchen/appliance were great. Contained all dishes and cookware needed. Unit came with 4 keys. <br/><br/>Parking is an issue. Unit comes with only two reserved spots. The recommended overflow lot is 10-15 minute drive away. You do not need 4 wheel drive for this rental.
