Summer Vacation Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying here! It was available early for check in, was one of the best stocked kitchens I've seen, and the property manager responded quickly via text to a question we had. This location is the best in Breckenridge and it was very clean. <br/><br/>The only negative things were the noise-you could hear the people above and next door. Also, the pool was very dirty and it seemed like they just let anyone into the pool-it was over crowded. Luckily for us the weather ended up being too cold to use the pool and we used the hot tub by the building instead. <br/><br/>I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, average experience The apartment is on a great location you can ski in (100m walk) and walk 400m to the nearest lift. The town is just in front. The apartment is well equipped. Nonetheless, the matresses on all beds are way too soft (not comfortable to sleep on). The building doesn't seem to be well built and you can hear the upstairs neighbor's footsteps (or his dog's) ALL day and night long as if he was walking next to you. Really disturbing to have this happening the 6 days we were there. The bbq was really dirty from the last guests too. Overall, it is a nice apartment with a great location but needs some investment.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean 202A exceeded expectations! This condo is well maintained and clean. The view of the town is nice and kitchen and baths are well stocked. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to all spread out a bit. The condo is very conveniently located to Main St. and shuttles. Check in and out was super easy.

Winter ski-cation with great DT views! Our best rental in 10 years! Perfect location to downtown and Four o Clock run. The condo was impeccable & generously stocked with kitchen stuff. The grill and deck was fun. The access to pool and hot tubs was sweet! Will be back next year!

Breckenridge This is one of the best vacation rentals I have ever rented. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. The check in process was very easy and the staff was very professional and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

Great Condo @ a great location! Could not have asked for a better condo and location. Close to the ski lift and downtown. Condo was equipped better than any condo we have stayed in before.

Good location, so so place Apartment had a great location but that was about it. Found thick layer of dust at some places. Odd layout, the apartment didn't feel cozy. The biggest drawback was the noise. We could hear neighbors from above when they were walking. The overall experience was meh.

Not all it&#x2019;s portrayed to be The unit is much older than it looks. The full size bed is awful and the sheets are extremely poor quality. The washer is tiny and the dryer doesn&#x2019;t work. We were extremely disappointed in the unit. The lady at the rental company that checked us in was extremely rude. Would not recommend.

Great Spot Nice, recently updated condo in fantastic location. <5 min walk from Main Street, 4 o'clock run and bus stop on the Black line. Came with the necessities but not Any luxury or special Amenities.

Great place Very clean, well stocked and convenient mountain access. There is a shuttle stop about 100 feet from the condo and you can ski back down at the end of the day via 4o&#x2018;&#x2019; clock run to within a 2 minute walk of the condo. My only complaint is that we couldn&#x2019;t use the outdoor hot tubs which were working and right outside of our condo, we could only use some hot tub you had to drive to (which we never did)

Wonderful place! Mom and dad and two young kids stayed in the bunk bed room and grandparents stayed in king room. The layout was wonderful. Nice and quiet with separate bathrooms. Kitchen had everything you&#x2019;d need plus more. Great location and easy to access. Will stay here again!

Park Place The property had everything we needed and was so great. The only little thing was we could never get the condo to stay warm. Not sure if something was wrong with the heat or if us Texas girls are not use to that kind of cold. Haha. It did not ruin our stay. Everything was magnificent. Thanks for everything.

Snow sculpting surprise Park Place A202 was a wonderful place to spend a winter week in Breckenridge. It was thoughtfully stocked with necessities (all properly functioning), including sleds which we made full use of for free at Carter Park. We fortuitously booked the same week as the int&#x2019;l snow sculpting competition, which was was incredible to watch take shape, from 20-ton cubes to elaborate works of art. We enjoyed a wood fire in the living room. There was a humidifier, which I ran next to the bed continuously and consider an absolute necessity in Breckenridge, especially for tourists hailing from sea level. Since there&#x2019;s always room for improvement: too much of the lighting is cold and icy white, and the broken fire curtain is dangerous - I had to stamp out a spark that shot out with a crackle. All told, my entire party of 4 lacked for nothing critical, including comfort, conveniences, and especially location - screaming down the 4 o&#x2019;clock run at the end of the day to end up a mere street crossing away from home base was great! Property management was courteous and professional, and the grounds were well kept during a week with snow. <br/>

Week at Park Place 202A We had a great experience during our week in this unit. It was very spacious and had all we needed. It's a short walk to main st/town and you can basically ski right up to the complex after your day on the mountain.
