Great ski in/out location It was a well equipped, roomy and comfy condo in the perfect ski in/out location close to town. Clean and updated furniture and carpet. The only drawback was the loft shower handle needs to be replaced.

Tyra Streamside 339 Great condo in a perfect location at Breck. It was so close to Charter Sports Blue Sky rentals and the Snowflake lift, it was perfect for our family.

Perfect Stay for Ski Weekend! Highly Recommend This condo was perfect for our ski weekend at Breckenridge. Truly a ski on/off experience, the condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. Any questions for the owner were answered quickly. Hope to stay here if I come back.

Great stay in a great location! We loved our stay at this condo. It was clean, well-kept and comfy. The location was also amazing - it took us 5 minutes to walk to the lift. We'd definitely stay again and recommend it!

Great location, great price! We were extremely please with our stay here at Tyra Streamside. Everything from the booking process to checking out went extremely smooth. We were lucky to find this gem so close to our travel dates of only weeks out. The snowflake lift is literally in your back yard which makes this so convenient and you can ski right home. There are 2 indoor hot tubs which are a must after a long day on the mountain. This is a spacious condo which comfortable sleeps about 9-10 people. Would def come back again and recommend this property to my friends!

Great Condo in a great location We were looking for a ski in/ ski out location for our stay in Breckenridge and we found it!!! This is a beautiful condo with room enough for a family even though it was just my husband and I. It had everything we needed .. the kitchen was well stocked, the fireplace was great and the bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy and Stephanie was so friendly and helpful. We loved that we could literally walk across the street to the Snowflake lift in the mornings to begin our day of skiing. At the end of the day, you can take the Snowflake run back down to the lift or take the 4 O&#x2019;clock run to the back side of the condo but then you need to know when to get off the run and make your way down a road to the Condo&#x2019;s parking lot. It&#x2019;s a beautiful condo in a great location. We would love to bring our kids and grandkids with us next time.

Great Summer Location We stayed in 339 for 2 weeks with 3 teenagers and found that this was an awesome accommodation with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The porch and window seat views were awesome and directly across from snowflake trail head and walking distance from downtown was very convenient.

Great condo in great location As usual, we spent a week in Breckenridge during the summer. Tyra Streamside was our latest rental through SMR. We loved it! It is very comfortably furnished and the location cannot be beat. It is an easy walk to town as well as a ski lift and hiking trails being directly across the street. Although we did not cook much, it appeared the kitchen was well-appointed. But the best part of this condo are the views - incredible! We hated to leave and will definitely be back.

Our Tyra units are the best-selling ski-in/ski-out properties we have. Not only do they sit on Four O’Clock Run and adjacent to the Snowflake Lift, it’s just a short shuttle ride or walk to the shops, dining and entertainment of historic Downtown Breckenridge.

Tyra Streamside 339 comfortably sleeps eight and is a perfect choice for families or multiple couples. The living area is a wonderful place to gather, relax by the gas fireplace or catch a movie on the large flat screen TV. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances for whipping up your favorite meals. The dining table has seating for six, and there’s room for three more at the bar more. Just out the door from the dining area, kick back and enjoy the sound of the stream which runs right by the patio while you watch the skiers board the Snowflake lift! There’s also excellent access to trails from this home during the summer months.

In-unit amenities include a washer and dryer and complementary Wi-Fi; you can also enjoy the complex clubhouse with shared indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.
