Clean Spacious Home We had a great January stay. Home was very spacious and had all amenities. Towels in bathrooms were great. Each bedroom has a bathroom. Hot tub was for 3, however, fit 2 adults perfectly. Close to Main Street and mountain and shuttle. Views from street were magnificent!

Breckenridge Famjam The townhouse was great for a summer rental. It would be necessary to either<br/>drive or take the shuttle bus into town to the lifts during winter season making the location less attractive. The unit did not have adequate dishes, silverware, and glassware for the number of beds. Vacation in Breckinridge house We were very excited to stay at property.Especially due to Hot Tub advertised and Grill. We specifically asked that Hot Tub be clean and in running order twice before getting there. We arrived to a rep from turnkey there and the Hot Tub Guy. Apparently the Hot Tub was Filthy, the smell was retched. They cleaned it. Said try the next day to which it didn't work. The Grill was so dirty the turnkey guy said he was worried it may catch on fire. He scrubbed it but it was to far gone couldn't use that either. We ended up cleaning counteracts, washing sheets and towels just to feel comfortable. Ridiculous. The Futon in one of the rooms is gross needs to be professionally cleaned or thrown out. We put a sheet over it just so someone could sit on it. So overall not a Great experience.
