Great getaway! Great stay! Location was close enough to walk to town but far enough to feel secluded. House was extremely clean and comfortable. Key pickup was really easy and Peak Property management was very friendly and helpful!

Great house, great location! We booked this house for a winter vacation for 2/21. We were pleased at he cozyness of the home. The panoramic views from the living room were great. We even saw Moose on 2 occasions. The electronic fireplace was very convenient for us. The free ride bus stop is right outside the front door. Heated garage was a plus. The RocketFish whole home music system was a hit with everyone! Peak was on point for a few minor issues we had with the house. The only complaint is the den fold out bed was very uncomfortable and needs replacing.

Great Place! Great Location It's the second time I stay at this property. I have a feeling there may be a 3rd time. It's clean, spacious, and has everything we need to enjoy our stay.

Family Getaway in Breckenridge Very nice house and conveniently located. We would stay there again. Only issue is it looks like dryer heating element is going bad. It worked on and off.

Family Get A Way We were very pleased with the property in general. A few hiccups but would stay again. Definitely not quiet friendly for sleeping in as you can hear everything from all areas.

Note: As of January 4, 2021, per Summit County ordinance, no more than 10 persons from no more than 2 households may occupy a residence at any given time. Violators maybe subject to a fine up to $5,000.

This private home is located just 2 blocks from downtown Breckenridge where you’ll be able to shop, dine and enjoy Après ski cocktails. The Breck Free Ride stop is a block away for easy access to the slopes, or venture in the opposite direction on the Summit Stage for hiking and biking up Boreas Pass and Bald Mountain.

This home is design for entertaining and bringing family and friends together. The entry level of the home is considered the common area where there is a fully equipped kitchen with marble counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. An eat-at breakfast bar adjacent to the dining room with seating for six. The television is set-up in the dining area so that the focal point of the living room is the gas fireplace and lofty vaulted ceilings. If you’re looking for a little privacy, the lower level has a den where you’ll be able to watch television from the sleeper sofa. Have your morning coffee on the front porch while sitting at the bistro table and finish the day off on the back-deck grilling and soaking in your private hot tub.
