Father & Son Ski Trip Positive and great location

Very happy with our stay Our original reservation had been cancelled by the owner and Peak Properties helped us find this home at the last minute. We rented the entire 4 bedroom for 3 couples and 3 children. There was more than enough space for everyone. The home was very clean and included everything you could really hope that a rental home would have. The location was great. It was a pretty easy walk to the village or to Main Street. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful view with occasional wildlife. We will stay here again when in Breckenridge and will use Peak Properties anytime we can in the future. Thank You

July 2021 Breck trip Summer mountain biking trip. Overall a pleasant stay. Pinecreek-I is a nice unit, will consider it for winter trips also.

Note: As of January 4, 2021, per Summit County ordinance, no more than 10 persons from no more than 2 households may occupy a residence at any given time. Violators maybe subject to a fine up to $5,000.

Pine Creek townhomes are nestled alongside the Blue River in the Warrior’s Mark section of Breckenridge. From the home, it’s a 5-minute walk to the Quicksilver chairlift or Main Street Breckenridge. The Breck Free Ride Shuttle stops just down the street for easy access to the mountain and town. After a long day on the slopes, relax next to the fireplace or hop into your private hot tub. There is a full kitchen, Washer/Dryer, a Gas Grill on the deck, high speed internet access and 1 Car Garage. A large private hot tub is located off the living room on the deck. You also have access to the renovated Columbine Clubhouse with an Outdoor Pool and 4 Large Outdoor Hot Tubs. (COVID restrictions are temporarily in place).
This property is also available as a 3-bedroom or 1-bedroom.
