Breck review Overall the house was very nice for the price. One thing to keep in mind when booking, we were unable to get any Ubers or Lyfts to come pick us up and drive us to downtown Breck. Location is 10 mins from downtown and 10 mins from the gondola parking lot.

Awesome Offgrid Even though wi-fi is available, this quaint little cabin was an awesome opportunity to unplug and enjoy time with the family. Close to town, but far enough away to feel isolated. Terrific memories

Great spot on Peak 7 Great home on Peak 7. My family and I used this home as basecamp for several expeditions into the surrounding areas. Nice comfortable space for 4. Hot water flowed with great pressure. Amazing wildlife. Pleasant views. 10 minutes from the town of Breckenridge. Would stay here again.

Great cabin in a perfect location This cabin way spacious and very well kept. It is close enough to Breckinridge but so quite you would never know you are near a town. And our surprise when a moose walked by our window. Great time

Lil&#x2019; Heaven On Peak 7 home Overall, it is OK to stay in Lil&#x2019; Heaven house. House need to update! Definitely need a 4WD car to access in the winter.<br/>Summit Mountain Rental office is easy access!

Rustic cabin, nice location Near town and closer to ski slopes. Somewhat rustic cabin that has not been updated in some time, but has a nice floorplan, lots of windows, vaulted ceiling and open floorplan. It was very clean. Nothing is oversized but has everything one needs. Internet streamed fine and cable worked fine. Property management folks were friendly/helpful. Definitely nice to be able to take your dog with you.

Great location for a fun mountain getaway! Overall, the location and space of the home were excellent. Great access to town amenities, parks, and trails. Beautiful wildflower views out every window (July)!<br/><br/>The home does not have AC, which is not a problem at this elevation, but screens for the windows (the bedrooms in particular) would have been nice. Space to put personal belongings was a bit lacking- the kitchen cabinets were so fully stocked with accessories there was no place to put groceries. One of the small bedrooms only has a closet, but it had seasonal decor stored in it so our bags had to stay on the floor- in our walkway. The furniture in the home was mostly in good quality, however the master bedroom bed appeared as though it had been repaired once before, and boards slipped out from the bottom on the first use. We repaired it ourselves for the rest of the week.

Great location A little dated and could have been a little cleaner, but the cabin had plenty of space for the family, was well stock with essential kitchenware, and we absolutely loved the location. Was great for accessing both the top and bottom areas for Breck Nordic, short drive to get to the slopes, and town was only 10 min away.
