FAMILY CHRISTMAS VACATION 2021 AWESOME! The house was wonderful. Everything where it was supposed to be. Everything operating. BREATHTAKING views. Spacious and roomy. Fit for families. Not a lot of breakable things to worry about with little ones. Clean!

4 generation dream vacation After a long 15 months of isolation from each other, 7 of us, from age 4-85 were able to enjoy a few days in this Beautiful home. The view was incredible!!!! We took advantage of morning coffee and evening dinners on the deck just appreciating the beauty around us. The house was perfect in all ways! It was very well-stocked with everything we might need. The location was perfect and only about 5 minutes from Breckinridge. We enjoyed morning walks right out the front door. We all agreed we would definitely like to stay here again!!

Breathtaking getaway The home was welcoming and just perfect. We held a small women&#x2019;s group yoga retreat there and enjoyed soaking up the views. All of the rooms were perfect, plenty of dishes and cookware so we could eat together and stay in. The patio view of the mountains was amazing to gaze at with our morning coffee. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Ten Peaks a 10! Class home with everything one needs. Only my wife and I stayed but wow, first class. Our family would have enjoyed it too. Views are awesome. Kitchen fully stocked including Keurig and standard coffee makers! Location was great as it was close to town. Walking trials in your backyard up the street. Fully stocked kitchen. Well equipped to handle large families. Hot tub was superb with its views. Quiet neighborhood. Every detail well thought out. Only thing missing was TV in master. Property management team was excellent. Easy check in and out.

Great House The house was great - all new appliances, clean, nice and comfortable. I have been renting vacation homes for years - this was one of the nicest. Just make sure you have 4 wheel drive vehicle or you will have issues getting to the house.

Family trip Memory Maker level 1 This house has 3.5 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms on 3 levels. Had my 3 kids, spouses and 5 grandchildren there on all 3 levels. It was an amazing layout for the age ranges and the needs of the smaller children. It was near the top of the mountain and unlike most of the homes , It had lots of trees cleared so you had an absolutely full and spectacular view of the western slope of Breckenridge ski runs. Bring your Binoculars/telescope. sunsets and moon sets were beautiful with or without being in the hot tub which was perfectly positioned. We decorated for my sons wedding dinner. The main table laid out beautifully for 12 people and the open kitchen and appliances worked great for our prep and serving. We even had 1 dinner catered. House was fully stocked with wine and drinking glasses. No dish rags but we adjusted. A very reasonably priced full service grocery was 2 miles away - City Market. That was invaluable with a larger group with grand kids like ours. I am a commercial developer and i pay attention to spaces and how they work when they are built. This home hit on all 8 cylinders for me. When we make this type of investment in a location for an all family vacation we usually want new places and new experiences so we tend to pick new locations and/or places to stay. This home and it's location is the reason we will consider Breckenridge again. The value for the 4 families for 5 nights was very good let alone the property we got. Also the management company "Summit Mountain Rentals" did a great job from start to finish. Sarah at Summit Mountain did a great job for me.

Fantastic Home Away From Home This location truly felt like we were at home. Only it was a much better home with incredible views and a comfort second to none. Truly Colorado breathes in this location. The house is well laid out and able to accommodate a large family with ease. The management company was superb and responsive. They definitely have our vote to stay with them next time as well.

Awesome house with a killer view. Very homie feel too. The house was clean and ready for us to move in and enjoy our stay. Everything was accessible and the amenities made our stay wonderful. The rooms were big and beds were so comfy that it was hard to get up in the morning. The house had a very homie feel and that made it even better. I will be back!

The ski slopes you see from your windows are a short 5-minute drive away, and it’s the same distance to Breckenridge’s historic Main Street.

The main living area features comfy furniture, a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV, creating the perfect place to watch the game (or ski report) while you soak in the stellar mountain views.
