Spring Ski trip The condo is small but nice. Great mountain views and very convenient location. Was plenty of room for my daughter and I. Parking is a bit inconvenient. Overnight parking is a 12 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to the ice rink parking lot. If you check in after 8:00pm you can park in the public spots in the on site garage as no tickets are given between 8:00pm and 8:00am.

Great location, beautiful views, needs maintenance and updating. Love the location of this unit as it is steps to ski rental places, lifts, ticket offices, shops, restaurants. The views from the unit are incredible and the management company is kind and responsive. <br/>However, this unit needs maintenance and updating. The mattress is very old and is sunken in the middle - 2 people feel like they are sleeping on an incline. The pull out sofa mattress cover was stained and the sheets were too small, there is a rust stain on the bathroom carpet, unfinished patch holes where the towel bars are poorly installed and came off when we removed a towel hanging on one of them. The owner can make easy, simple updates to the decor and better maintain this unit because it feels neglected. I expected more considering the price and comparing it to other units. <br/>Overall, we had a fantastic time in Breck.

Village at Breckenridge The room was outdated with a very strong odor which we noted first upon arrival. We had no hot water in the shower which we first thought to be because of others showering in the building but maintenance completed a repair the day after we notified them. Great location.

Breckenridge Condo Beautiful spacious condo, conveniently located right at the bottom of peak 9. Close to lots of restaurants. The condo was clean, comfortable and had an exceptional view.

Cozy condo in a great location with great views! My family of four really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was perfect and close to good dining, shopping and the free bus transportation. The pull out couch was a nice big size and the temperature in the place was easy to control and stayed warm even though it was freezing outside. The views out of the kitchen and the family room were really pretty. The pictures do not do the kitchen justice as it was bigger than I expected. I would like to suggest more clarity with the parking. It is not just street parking you have to find. The parking lots close to the condo are closed from 2 AM to 6 AM so you have to park 2.4 miles away in a remote lot and then catch a bus back. We got used to dropping off our luggage and then going to park the car and then bringing the bus back but I was not prepared in advance. I wish this would have been more clear in the description. Other than the parking situation we were VERY happy with the place, location, views and well-stocked kitchen. Thank you so much for having us!

Great Condo and Property Everything was perfect - loved the convenience of the condo, furnishings and decor were great. Couple of things to note: maybe you should check on the mattress. We found that it seemed to lack normal support - soft in the middle and we would roll into the middle. Also, some of the pans/lids were not clean at all. Grease covered - I realize some renters are very lazy....not the owners fault, but cleaning people should check on this. Thanks for plenty of towels and paper products and bedding - all great condition. Overall we really like staying in this condo and hope to be able to book it again next year. Customer service from rental company great - check in and out a smooth process.

The view from the studio is a beauty-o! Great property, as advertised, and the view is amazing. Very comfortable unit with excellent internet and comfortable bed. The hot water can take about 3 minutes to find its way there so don't give up or make a maintenance call. Also, there is some construction next door but is only noisy during business hours and appears close to completion. Great unit overall.<br/>However, the best thing about all of the properties I've rented thru Summit Mountain Rentals is the Summit team! Thanks to each and every one of you for being kind, helpful, professional, and having great attitudes. I have already booked with you again, principally because of the people I get to deal with. thx, Carter

Great place! It was such a great place. It was cozy and comfortable with a great view. It was conveniently located...just a short walk to the Breckinridge Troll, all the lively shops and restaurants. It was quiet and absolutely spotless. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location This is a perfect location for skiers or snow boarders since it is so close to the lift. Small space but adequately supplied with appliances and utensils. Good customer service, very responsive. Good size for 2-3 people.
