Excellent trip E51 was nice, cozy, and perfect location for skiing Peak 7, 8, and 9. Kitchen ammenities were good, and the furniture was comfortable. The one issue that can be a challenge is figuring out the heat at night, without it getting too hot. We can't emphasize the location enough, one block from the end of 4 O'Clock, which is a gamechanger when you're exhausted at the end of a day on the mountain. And the hot tub is outstanding, do not miss this feature in the winter.

Great location - dated condo Overall good, but could use some improvements. Breck is awesome! The condo was in an excellent location, but the unit itself was lacking. ALL of the beds were uncomfortable - not supportive at all. Our entire family had trouble sleeping. We were surprised the outer doors to the condo were just open (as well as the elevator), so really, anyone had access to the hallways of the condo. Fortunately, we did not have any trouble, but it seems that would be something they would want to address. I was disappointed that the TV did NOT come equipped with cable. That was surprising to me since I believe the description said it included cable. The interior was dated but functional. (Would be nice to have a light bulb in the master bath that comes ON right away instead of a slow dim light.) It was nice having a hot tub and pool on sight, although the pool was under repair when we were there. Overall, it was decent but was hoping for a little nicer facility for almost $1,600.

Perfect cozy condo Condo was well maintained and equipped with all the necessities. Perfect and cozy for our family of 4. Beds were all comfortable and enjoyed having the fans. Location was close to Main Street which was easy access to walk everywhere. We truly loved our stay and will be back!!

Walk-out / Ski-in Family of 4. Easy 8-minute walk to Gondola or town, and you ski home on 4 o'clock run. Nice, moderately furnished condo. Time for a few upgrades. A TV in each room would have made it even nicer. But overall, good value and location for the price point. Would stay in the same complex again.

Just ok We&#x2019;ve rented homes/condos all over the world so not new to renting......<br/><br/>Pros-<br/>Very good communication with rental company<br/>Less than 10 minute walk to gondola and main st.<br/>If you like extremely soft beds then you will sleep well in all 3.....<br/>3 humidifiers....which are needed due to dry air<br/>2 floor fans<br/>Lots of towels<br/><br/>Could be a pro- 2nd bedroom has a separate entrance to common (public) hallway but those with small kids using the bunk bed room might not be comfortable with this.<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>Cons-<br/><br/>2nd floor-unfortunately Very, very noisy from people above<br/><br/>Worn out condo.....<br/><br/>stains on carpet, <br/><br/>broken window blinds<br/><br/> 2nd sliding door did not have a lock so we used a stick to prevent opening<br/><br/>Really didn&#x2019;t seem clean<br/><br/>Kitchen really needs updating <br/><br/>Loudest microwave we&#x2019;ve ever heard <br/><br/>2nd bathroom shower was disgusting (mold or grim)?<br/><br/>Took days to use washer/dryer because others disrespect of leaving laundry for hours<br/><br/>Didn&#x2019;t sleep the first 3 night because the beds are sooooo soft<br/>Husband finally slept on the couch because the beds were so uncomfortable, I think I finally slept from exhaustion <br/><br/>Sign on gate to hot tub clearly states 30 minute maximum due to separation of families due to COVID.......not adhered to! One afternoon my 10 yr old and I had been in for 10 minutes when 2 drunk college age kids jumped over the fence to get in?!!! Really?<br/><br/>So, sorry but wouldn&#x2019;t recommend this place. <br/>

Just pop your skis off at the bottom of Four O’ Clock Run and walk half a block back to your condo! Then, walk across the street and hop on the Gondola and catch some more runs. This condo is perfectly located; you and your group will love it!

Ski Hill E51 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom moderate condo that’s perfect for groups of up to eight. that offers a great location with all the amenities you want and expect from a ski vacation condo. It’s in a prime location just one block from Downtown Breckenridge and across the street from the Gondola (about 100 yards) and the bottom of Four O’ Clock Run. This condo is a great value and features a gas fireplace, pool and hot tub access, and covered parking!

Inside, the condo is well designed with a comfortable living area with new furniture, a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, and large windows that let plenty of natural light. There’s a spacious dining room with a gorgeous dining room table that seats six with room for two more at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a memorable meal in the mountains or prepare some hors d'oeuvres for your gang before you go hit the town.

The Ski Hill complex also features elevators to access your condo and complimentary Wi-Fi.
