Great short walk to downtown. Property was very clean and we had everything we needed. We didn’t realize how great the location was. It was 2 blocks from the main downtown. Parking there was scarce-all we had to do was walk 2 blocks and never start the car. Great hike up the hill at Sawtooth Reservoir.

Great Family Ski Condo For a family of four looking to ski, this was a great condo. Had everything we needed and was close to the bus to get a ride up to the mountain and ski down close to the unit. Main street is so close to walk to and eat or shop. Hot tub was perfect after some hard days of skiing. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends! The staff for the property were incredibly friendly and informative.

Good location, clean, but noisy The condo was in a very convenient spot to both the snowflake lift and downtown. The condo was also very clean. It is a floor unit so there was a great deal of noise from the upstairs unit. The unit has base board heaters and even on the colder days they were unnecessary so the air becomes very stagnant in the condo. Some fans would have been very helpful to not only move the air around, but to provide some white noise. There was one rotating fan in the unit, but it was broken. <br/><br/>The check in process was also more cumbersome than we have experienced in the past. You have to go to the summit mountain rentals office to collect everything and then you have to go by the pine ridge office to set up parking. <br/><br/>There was a ski locker for the unit, but they did not provide a key so we left our skis on the rack on our car overnight. <br/><br/>Lots of little things, but for the cost it was disappointing.

Great family time! We stayed at Pine Ridge 11A and the unit was great; the location was excellent, within walking distance of the Main Street, the rental was spacious and had everything we needed. The two major areas of improvement would be the bed in the master and the thermostats. The bed was very poor and the thermostats did not work. Other than those two major things, our stay for the group of 6 was great. <br/>If the owner were to replace the bed, I would recommend, otherwise, with how many other options there are in the area, I&#x2019;d suggest trying another.

Thanksgiving getaway We absolutely loved this location for our family of six! Right by Main Street and close distance to nearly everything! Loved that we were also on the ground level which made coming in and out with all of our things a breeze too!

Great stay! Our group of 3 was thrilled with our stay here! The condo was spacious and clean. The location is fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Breckenridge.

Great for Families This property was perfect for our family of 6, my wife and I along with 4 teenagers. Location, location, location!!! For a summer time visit being close to downtown is key, from Pine Ridge you are steps away from everything the village has to offer. We will be looking to comeback again in the future.

Denver in the summer We had a great time Breckinridge. The condo was wonderful. You don&#x2019;t find B&B that have extra stuff in the kitchen, ( plastic bags, butter, etc). I would and probably will rent it again for skiing. Great location. Every thing was easy to find and the rental agent was wonderful with texting me because our flight was delayed and the office was closed by the time we got there. Thanks again. Kathy

Stay 6/25-7/3 We had a great stay in Pine Ridge 11A and in Breck. The condo is in a great location. It is about a block from Main Street. It was super easy to walk to dinner every night and to look around Main Street every day. The condo was very comfortable. There was more than enough room for the three of us. Beds were comfortable, furnishings were in great condition, the kitchen was well stocked, the appliances were new, the whole place felt very comfortable, open, and like home. :) THe fact that it is on the first floor and faces 4 O'clock Road, did make it feel not very private. So at first, it was strange to open the blinds and see everyone walking by, who then could see into the condo. But we got over it and it was not a big deal. There are 2 balconies, but neither has a view (one is of 4 O'clock Rd. and the other is of the parking lot). But as soon as you walk out of condo and everywhere you go in Breck, there is a view. However, it was nice that we did not have to go up three flights of stairs to unload the car. We just brought in all of our luggage over the balcony into the bedroom. Perfect! Having a parking spot for the car was great and with Main Street being closed off to cars, it was nice to not have to worry about where to park the car if we were further away. The fireplace at night was wonderful because it was actually chilly, which is a HUGE bonus for us being from Texas. Also, we loved the big chest of games and puzzles. I would stay here again and recommend the condo and using Summit Mountain Rentals to anyone. Mary and Anne were easy and great to work with.

Great Location, Plenty of Space, Updated We stayed in 11a for a week in late September. The space was exactly as advertised, nicely updated and clean. Nice beds, plenty of towels, pillows, etc. The kitchen was outfitted beyond what I expect from a rental--cookware was in good shape, sharp knives(!), a spice shelf that inspired me to cook :) The location is ideal, just five minute walk to Main Street with all of its shops and restaurants. I highly recommend!
