Great House, Great Location! We stayed here the week of 4th of July. The house was perfect for us, our four kiddos (16y,10y,8y,6y) and our Boykin spaniel. You cannot beat the location - we could walk everywhere easily. Very clean and the hot tub was a hit! So glad we found this gem of a rental!

Perfect Breckinridge location Loved being able to step right onto Main Street for restaurants and shops. Just minutes from the gondola and riverside walking trails, rarely had to use our car! The town house was comfortable for our group of 9, adults used the 3 bedrooms and the 4 kids slept in the bunks in the bonus room.

Great Location We had the best time at this house. The location is so perfect, easy walking distance to both the gondola and everything on Main Street. Parking right by your door is such a huge advantage over a condo building for convenience with bags, groceries, skis, etc. The house is very nice and was very clean. The kitchen had everything you'd need to cook for a group, and the grill was nice to have. The private hot tub is right out the door, very clean, and heated up quickly. The beds were all very comfortable, and the kids loved the bunk beds. <br/>For larger groups, be aware there are only 2 bathrooms, one in the master on the top floor, and one in the basement that serves 2 bedrooms and the bunk room.

Awesome place to stay! We had a fabulous time staying at the First Chair Lair! The house is very nice and spacious, and all of the furnishings are new or nearly new. Everything was great! The location is nice as its right near the main part of main street, close to everything!

First Chair Lair Summer Stay Had a great stay at the FCL, walking distance to everything. House was very well kept and my 7 year old daughter loved the hot tub. Will be back.
