Great location but needs repair/maint/updating The property was clean and the location was excellent. There were just so many minor items that needed to be fixed/updated/removed. It is a small house but it's been jam packed with excess items, stand alone cabinets in kitchen gobbling up space, large dresser/twin beds in main floor bedroom that made walking in there quite interesting, door into main floor bedroom/bathroom drags (a LOT) on the carpet, envelope door to wet closet for main floor toilet/shower does not lock - - keep in mind this is also the only toilet on the main floor so it's not an exclusive bathroom even if it's close to the main floor bedroom, there is a pane long crack in the kitchen window, only one window we found had a screen, other windows had to remain closed after bees were coming in the windows we had opened for airflow, super soft mattress in master bedroom which results in it really can only be used for one person, the thermostat was set at 60 when we arrived - the temp in the house was closer to 70 - but the heat kept kicking on. All in all it was an okay property but with the cost in excess of $500 a night we had hoped for something with a bit more TLC. Also, although quite minor, it would have been nice to have had a pod coffee brewer- - we brought biodegradable pods as most homes we've rented in the past all come with pod brewers - - our mistake in assuming.

Nice Place, clean and great location! We enjoyed our vacation stay! The house was perfect and a great location. The only thing I would change would be some updating, to the bathrooms and decor, but other than that it was perfect!

Great location and really "fully stocked" We had a great time here. The house has amazing views, has a great location walkable from main street. The owners have it stocked with all the essentials you need to make your stay more fun and less running errands for every last thing you might need. Finally, the notes around the house are super super useful so that you don't use anything the wrong way. Would like to stay here again when we visit again.

Quality Location & View. Highly recommend. The location and views from this property are some of the best I&#x2019;ve experienced in my many visits to Breck. The house is just around the corner from Main St. The views of the slopes out the back of the house are impeccable. I recommend enjoying view in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. <br/><br/>The house is a bit dated and could use a few updates, most specifically the shower controls are confusing, broken, old.

Comfortable and convenient but room for improvement(s) Mom and Dad and 4 children (28, 26, 23 and 20) had a lot of fun. Location of house was great and generally comfortable but upgrades definitely required to be a 5 and to recommend to others. Water pressure at all fixtures and faucets was dismal and may have contributed to no water for a couple of hours one morning. Staff was great in assessing and communicating about this issue. At least one of the dehumidifiers was inoperable. The tv in the master bedroom did not work and it's screen was smaller than the most newer laptops. The bed in the master BR had some sort of topping cushion that created a valley in the center of the bed that was uncomfortable.For a house of this size we also felt the number of drinking and wine glasses was lacking and more towels should have been provided.

Perfect family retreat! House was close to Main Street, everything in walking distance. And if you don&#x2019;t want to walk, the shuttle stop is steps away from the front door. House was very clean and had lots of extras I didn&#x2019;t expect, like a sled, a bike, humidifiers, and everything you need to cook with. Only thing that wasn&#x2019;t ideal, the beds were very firm. We were not use to that the fist couple of days. Other than the beds, the house was perfect!

Mountain get away This home was both comfortable and in the perfect location. We could easily drive to sight see and hike or stay in town at shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the deck and grill a plus. We enjoyed grilling outside and spending the evenings in the hot tub looking at the peaks of the mountains viewable from the living room and back yard. It is the perfect mountain get away !

Loved! Village 113 was amazing. Vacationed here with a group of friends, 4 in total. The house was well laid out and we each had our own space. It was a convenient and fantastic location, with only a short walk to main street with filled with restaurants and shops. The house was impeccably clean. Summit Mountain team was a joy to work with and very knowledgeable about Breckenridge. Would definitely recommend this house and Summit Rentals to other travelers. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.

Ideal Location This house was just what we needed for our stay in Breckenridge! All of the bedrooms are on separate levels, which was a nice surprise since we were 3 separate families traveling together. We had 5 adults and two children (2 and 4) and the house suited all of our needs. We did have some issues with uneven heating in the house (downstairs was cold and main floor was hot) and the downstairs bathroom&#x2019;s water never really warmed up. However, we did not address this with the rental company because we were only there for a few days and with two kids and two different nap schedules there never seemed to be a good time for someone to come check it out. The hot tub was definitely an added bonus after spending our days walking in downtown Breckenridge. The location is PERFECT. We were able to walk with two little ones wherever we needed to go as far as restaurants and exploring downtown. There were quite a few playgrounds within a 5-10 minute walk from the house, and endless options as far as restaurants and shops. The only time we got into our cars was when we wanted to explore a couple of hikes which were only a 10-15 minute drive. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others!
