Wonderful Condo Very spacious and updated condo. Smart TV was incredible, balcony had a good view with plenty of chairs. Had a 10 min walk up to the Snowflake lift, but could ski all the way down to the same road for a short walk back. Would stay here again if it’s available!

Good place, worth renting As a condo within a larger building, this place exceeded my expectations. I expected a run-down, overused apartment with noise from other units. But none of that here -- the place was well kept up, nicely furnished, and no noise from above units. The bedspread and pillow coverings on the bed we used were frayed and in need of replacement, but everything else was great. The ski-in aspect was great; very short walk. The ski-out was a bit of a hike up the hill to Snowflake lift, and that lift was super slow. But we didn't try the shuttle bus option; there is a stop right across the street. Easy walk to town, only a block away! Overall, worth renting if you're considering it.

Located at the corner of Park Avenue and Four O’Clock Road in downtown Breckenridge, our Park Place condos are close to the lifts and a short stroll to Main Street. Guests can ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to their condo. The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo works perfectly for families or groups of up to eight. Walking into the living area, you’ll love the beautiful gas fireplace surrounded by stone and the private balcony. There’s also great natural light, plenty of seating, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment after a long day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, room for eight at the dining table, and room for three more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.
