Awesome Again Fifth straight year we have stayed at this condo and it was everything as expected and more this time. A nice new big TV and new sofa bed greeted us as we walked in this year. There was nothing wrong with the older TV and furniture, just very nice that they were updated. It shows the owners care about their condo. We keep coming back because of the location and it faces the river. Also, with Summit Mountain Rentals managing the unit, it couldn't be any better. Their office is right across the river, which makes it easy. We love the condo and plan to return next year for sure!

Spacious layout and Great Location I've stayed at RML MANY times and this particular unit had a very different layout than most I have seen. It appears that at one point it was a fully accessible unit but some of that elements have been adapted for general use leaving the layout particularly spacious. It was perfect for two adults with a great kitchen and huge bathroom. Having a second sink in the bedroom was a nice touch too. <br/><br/>There's full laundry and a nice balcony. Easy to store skis at the desk downstairs and VERY convenient to everything. Three different bus options right outside the front door. Can also walk to the Gondola. I personally like the Black Express bus to the bases of 7 and 8 for the fastest way to the best stuff. Can't beat the Four O'Clock ski out right to your place. Central to EVERYTHING in town for easy walking.<br/><br/>Only things to note that don't make it perfect are the TV is small and rather old but it gets the job done. Also, the bed is bit lumpy and the bedroom can get quite warm so don't be afraid to leave the sliding door open at night.<br/><br/>Otherwise, we'll definitely seek out this property again!

Another Great Trip This was our fourth stay in a row at this same condo and it was great as usual. We love the layout and the sink in the bedroom is a huge plus. And being able to hear the Blue River makes it a unique experience. We definitely will stay there again.

Needs work This rental is in need of updates that could help a lot. First, the pleather sofa is peeling everywhere, which is gross. I went to Walmart to buy a blanket to cover it. The lighting is dim in the whole place - I also bought an additional floor lamp so I wasn't depressed bc it felt like a cave. Investing in some decent lighting in all the rooms would be transformative. Maybe some fresh paint, definitely new sofa, other updates so it doesn't feel like 1980 wants it's space back. Kitchen is nicely done and very well equipped but again, the dark paneling just darkens the whole condo and lighting is BAD. Nice location. Building itself is drab. If you have low expectations, this place is fine. But don't believe other upbeat reviews if you have higher standards.

January Stay Great location in relation to the slopes and town, very easy to get around. The unit was a great size for two people. The only negatives I have are the bed was quite loud and the towels were harsh on the skin but everything else was great!

Cozy 1 bedroom, near town amd slopes The 1 bedroom apartment is cozy, updated and in the perfect location close to restaurants and slopes. The apartment is small but cozy. It has been updated but shows a some wear and tear. There was dishes to use, however, bring all spices amd basic ingredients to cook, only salt and pepper was supplied. Having washer and dryer in the apartment was continent. The only negative is most of dishes needed rehashing as they were dirty and in the cabinets. Also the bathroom shower curtain was absolutely disgusting, covered in pink soap scum!
