Great condo! The condo was perfect for our 2 week stay. The kitchen is well stocked and bedrooms were very comfortable. We will definitely return to this unit!

Great, convenient location Great condo in Breckenridge, close to everything. Unit was very clean and plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen supplies are poor (pots/pans all need replacing, limited mugs, half oven buttons don't work), tubs/sinks didn't drain downstairs and local channels on tv didn't work. Otherwise, great stay for a winter week in Breckenridge.

solid location Los Pinos in general, nice - a little tighter inside than we thought and the bedrooms were below vs upstairs // location was solid - just a couple mins from lift and quick drive down hill to town

Breck Rental was a nice find. Check in was a little brother some because you had to go to the office to sign papers. Haven’t had to do that in several years. Staff was off the chart helpful, attentive and available. I’d definitely consider Summit again.
