Great Place! First time staying at this property. It was updated, very clean and ideal location. Being from the South, not having central A/C through me for a loop. The nights were def cool enough...but there are no ceiling fans to circulate air and the box fans were really loud. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this condo to others!

Wonderful place for a family retreat The Bear Condo is a great place to rest and relax together with those you love. It is close enough to walk to most places in Breckenridge and offers easy to access hot tubs. We loved it.

Perfection!!! This condo was an overall A+++!!! It was in the perfect location for the downtown area. The condo had everything you could need w an affordable grocery store very close by. It may get warm indoors during the day, but they provide box fans for your cooking off needs. The only thing I would suggest is bring a few extra washrags. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need in my opinion - it was very well stocked w all you would need for cooking. We would def stay here again if it is available when we go back

Cimarron Bear Condo Review This condo was immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked and organized. The beds were very comfy. We LOVED the heated garage as it was frigid and snowing. Condo was across the street from shopping and great restaurants and the shuttle to ski Breckinridge out the front door. We also enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. We highly recommend.

Family fun in Breck Was a new place for us to try we liked the condo however because it&#x2019;s a corner unit facing street line the noise of traffic was unfortunately unexpected. <br/>I would suggest ceiling fans in bedrooms. Also if there in the winter probably wouldn&#x2019;t notice noise as much.

Great Location & Easy Access to Town Condo was clean with plenty of space for the three of us. Also within walking distance to town and hiking trails. This is our second time staying at the Cimarron and would definitely stay there again!!

Better than the pics!! We had a great time at this roomy rental. The leather couch is amazing and the overall quality of furniture was better than expected. The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels and hangers, and the TV worked with our android and iPhone. Great location, we would stay here again.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to eight. The spacious living area features a large flat-screen TV, a wood fireplace and plenty of seating. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll enjoy the quartz counters, stainless steel appliance and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter.
Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, onsite laundry facilities, and heated underground parking with elevator access to the complex floors. As with all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.
