Ok The rental was ok, not great but not bad. <br/>Pros: Unit was clean and no major complaints. Kitchen was well stocked and bedroom with bunk beds was good for the kids.<br/>Cons: Temperature was difficult to regulate. Most bedrooms are downstairs and were either freezing or hot when the thermostat was turned up. Not enough blankets were provided for all beds. Den with Murphy bed was nice for extra room but the closet was unusable since the cushions for patio furniture were inside. Hot tub was gross but someone came to do something to the water on day 2 which turned it green so we didn&#x2019;t use it. The sidewalks were icy and the walk to the lift was not reasonable so we ended up driving to Breck to ski each day. No wash cloths provided.

Spacious, great location! 3 BR + den/2.5 BA deluxe townhome in Breckenridge’s Warrior’s Mark Neighborhood. Walk or shuttle to slopes/downtown. Sleeps 8: 2 queen beds, twin bunk bed w/twin trundle bed, queen murphy bed. Private hot tub, gas fireplace.. 3 BR + DEN, 2.5 BA TOWNHOME — WALK/SHUTTLE TO TOWN, SLOPES — HOT TUB!

How about this location: Just a short 10-minute walk (500 yards) to the Quicksilver Lift and Main Street; plus, the free Breckenridge shuttle bus stops is a 1-minute walk away! It’s comfortable and nicely appointed, and you’ll enjoy your own private hot tub, too. This place is a winner!

Village Point Retreat is a 3-bedroom + den, 2.5-bathroom deluxe townhome that easily accommodates up to eight people. In the living area, the floor plan flows easily from the kitchen to the living area, where you’ll find a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for relaxing and conversation. And there’s a nice-sized deck with a hot tub and gas grill! The kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to keep the gang happy and fed. There’s seating for six at the dining table, and room for four more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include parking for two vehicles, a full-sized washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.
