There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 100.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) A guest must request this optional service. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000.00 CAD is due on arrival. An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee of $50.00 When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
Cancellation Policy
100% of the total rental amount is refundable when cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier. Contracts lasting 90 days or more can be terminated with a 30 day notice period.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 220.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.

Internet is included in the rent
